is it me or gf? i tried for an hour and half last night and could not get a ds so i tried first thing this morning and i am still getting the message that there are no new surveys available - no options - no nothing. did i do something wrong or is gf not adding any surveys for me with my demographics? i'm not complaining - i am just confused as usually i get at least 1 or 2 options to choose from.:confused: any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks everyone and have a great weekend.:sunshine:
There were several options available for me this morning. More than I've seen in a while.
There is a survey out there about TV commercials. After I saw the first ad, the survey no longer continued. It wasn't one of the time consuming ones where it stops after putting a lot of time in on it, but for someone on dialup, it could be a hassle.
I just got the same one this morning, with the same results. I did report it to Greenfield prior to closing out, but I guess I'll have to wait until Monday to see if it credits. I am not getting any more choices for surveys, either, so I have my fingers crossed that it will credit.Quote:

You're not alone. My DH tried all last nught and again this afternoon but he is getting the same "No surveys available" message. No options to check off either. I know he is very careful about obeying "the rules" so I'm sure GF is low on surveys since it's the end of the month.Quote:

Greenfield has told us many times that if you don't qualify and get credit, they haven't gotten the information. So that makes me feel better when something like that happens.
And I've read several times that being booted out like that means usually that you went through it too fast. :headache:

I have always thought and think it says on the SM survey page that if you don't get and complete a DS that we can't take a SM survey. The DS had to be gotten first. Is that correct? Maybe I missed something and have been doing it wrong. Anyone know for sure? Thanks!
that is what it says - do not complete a sm survey unless you have completed a ds first.:sunshine:

I think you can go either way. I believe the reason it is reccommended you take your DS before the SM is that if you only get credit for one, the DS counts for more and it counts for the bonus. The SM just gets you the 60 cents. I always thought there would be a potential creditting issue there, but I guess if you have two different people taking each, it doesn't matter.
Well it looks like GF was doing something today! All day I had no options which was weird bc I had so many yesterday. I finished and took my survey around 2pm. If I take it before 8pm they'll let me in anytime the next morning (I'm guessing after updates around midnight). If I take one after 8pm I'm stuck on the late rotation. I didn't have any options until 8pm then I Had over a dozen! So for some reason even though my survey yesterday was at 2pm, they wouldn't let me back in until after 8pm and I did try throughout the day to see if I had any options.
So for any of you who couldn't get one before, try now!
i could not get one at all yesterday and i have been trying since early this morning to get one. well, i just tried again, had at least 4 options and actually got one and completed it and got the congrats page. now i am on the late rotation again (after 8) but at least i finally got one today.:cooldance:
I didn't do a survey for a few days because I reached the 25. Yesterday I thought to try but got no surveys available. Then this morning I did an entire one on child constipation and when I finished the demographics it said I didn't qualify.
Come on, I did the survey! That was just wrong.
If you haven't done one in a few days it really does pay to com and read this thread. Several of us have gotten "Burned" on that child constipation one.Quote:

As for keep trying...yes. It just means there are none at the moment. There may be a ton in 5 minutes or 5 hours. Just have to keep checking back, it's all hit or miss :)

lots of options today, but none that fit me. i DID get one earlier about a specific fast food restaurant, but it took me in circles 3 times so i finally figured out it wasn't going anywhere and closed it. now...nothing.
i'm sorry you are having problems getting a ds and i can totally empathize and relate. it took me from very early yesterday morning to almost 8:15 last night to finally get a ds but i stuck with it and got one. like you have told me in the past, just take a deep breath and keep trying. there is a survey out there for you i just know it and you will get it and complete it. have a great evening.:sunshine2:
It may be the same one I just took and if so, yes you have to go through it several times. I only figured it out bc like after 3 times it asked me some other questions, then I remember reading someone may have had issues, so I came back and read your post. I figured since I did see other questions thrown in I would continue. I think I had to go through it 4 more times and then it was quickly over. I did get the congrats page so we'll see!Quote:

Yes, a couple of us got this one Sat. morning and it took us both back to the SR forum, but not the congrats page and then neither on of us could take another, although I was able to much later Sat. evening. I have no idea if the first one will credit, but I'm sure hoping because I need every single one for the big bonus! Hope you get another one. I can't get another one. I have no more options left. So we'll see tomorrow if it credits. That's the bad thing about taking surveys so late in the day. You can't try one later on to see if it worked.

Got an techie survey, showed me several pages of this new kind of program for accounting. Then I got a thank you page, but no SR congrats page. When I checked back, I had no options and when I clicked start survey all I got was the Thank you for your willingness to take surveys, but there are none available now. So I wonder if that means it will credit even if I didn't get the SR congrats page?!
