i wasn't sure where to put this, sorry if i'm hijacking...what if we complete an offer, but the e-mail never shows up? i did the best fries $10 MID offer, got to the end where it said check my e-mail, i did that, there was a confirmation e-mail there, but the BE certificate never showed up.
