Today I noticed the .50 credit for survey from Saturday, still not in my history, did give me credit.

I got a credit today but not for Saturday. I compared the info in my account history:
Credit: OpinionNetwork: Consumer Opinion Survey : 102190
I looked at my ON history and that # 102190 is listed as one I completed on 3/19. so got an old credit but not from Saturday's.
Today I have completed 2 ons and no credit, anyone else have this same thing or are you getting credit? It is hard enough to get through them anymore. I did one yesterday for 3.00 and it was long, it froze and there goes all that wasted time.

big waste of time IMO.
Used to get into 40-50%,did very well with them.
Since the first of the year, less and less. Now at least 95 % of the time I get kicked out right away because my profile does not match. They have all those profile questions, if my profile does not match why are they even on my list.
Last few weeks:
Complete $2.70 for a panel, get kicked out 100% complete, I do not qualify, Interesting as I got the e-mail invitation from the panel.
clicked into a $1.10, 5 minute one. After I proved I was a human, I see 20 minutes. OK 20 minutes but still worth it for $1.10 completed and was paid .40. so lied to on how long and how much it would pay. NO way I would do a 20 minute survey for 40 cents.
completed 2 others that never credited.
I don't do any 15,20,24, 30 minute surveys for .20.30.40. Not worth my time and those used to pay more.
have clicked and completed several that were listed as .50-.70 and was credited .10-.20 less.
too many completed surveys they don't pay on and too many that are not truthful about how long and how much they pay.
they are the worst survey company we have.

I have a lot of the same issues, I think the same thing, they have the profile, as it also seems the higher paying you are not even given a chance to try. My last 2 did not credit yet, I can not recall that happening to me before. Check the history and its there pending complete, as hard as they are to get I will wait to see if these credit overnight, before I try again.
We do not have choices like we used to, do not ever get any new surveys, I know they are out there, so do not understand why we have so few. I notice the weekend get really ridiculous, I have some that say 24 minutes .20, I just shake my head, I would never do those. It is good to know when this happens to others, just not me. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

as frustrating as it is to spend time on a survey and have a technical issue (freezing); things like that happen. to have them have take our completed surveys and not pay us or
SR, is not right. never get back credits anymore like they used to.
tried 3 tonight kicked out of 2 immediately (profile). clicked on a 15 minute one, got into the survey and said 30-35 minutes. Got out not confident I would get paid or paid what it said it was

When you said about getting the right amount, it came back to me how many times I clicked on a survey that was higher priced, took it spend the 30 minutes or more, just to have it show up as .30 and .50, when it stated a lot more than that. I would never waste my mind on those long surveys for so little money. Getting the wrong amount is happening in the couple of weeks. I started to go back and check the survey number in the history, but is not there while I am doing it. Sunday I got a survey for nutra system said easy survey .70 10 minutes, finished it got a different ending, but said it was completed, and a red flag went up, I knew something was wrong. Sure enough went to my history and nothing is there, still has not ended up there. That one has me thinking what are they up to. I try to get positive thinking tomorrow, things will get better, so far this month that has not happened.

I took the time myself and added the totals, my total is accurate, so I guess they credited just were not in my history. Hope that is fixed now, to confusing.

completed one last night said 5 mins (was a little longer) 80 cents on robotic vacuums, got the correct completion/congratulations page at the end. No credit. checked my survey history and shows "not qualified" they are just st****ng our completed surveys; hate to use that word but that's what is happening.
I know something is wrong, I took 4 today, 2 showed up 2 have not, but mine today are in my history as pending complete. I had that happen on Sunday with weight loss, never did show. I know how frustrated you are, been feeling that way all week. The site is slow tonight took me 10 minutes to get into the forum,

I did not get 2 credits overnight, but yet they are in my history as complete, and this time I know they were not added in checked that yesterday, something is not right with them. I still did not gets 2 credits, hows complete in hsitory and I took the time to figure my total and I am 1.30 short and that was 2 on surveys, that I completed. Hoping they figure it out.
Are these still missing or did they eventually catch up correctly?
I still am missing 2 from over the weekend, and today did one about 1 hour ago and no credit yet again.Both show complete pending in credit history, Still no credit on this from earlier today, it has not been working right for a least the last week. Anyone doing them and getting credit or not getting credit?

I haven't gotten any old credits; I get into so few it's easy to notice a credit. Completed 2 today that did credit; tried another one $2.40, at the end got "success you have completed this survey"; those never credit. history says did not qualify.
yesterday I clicked into 5, got kicked out of all due not profile not matching; most I have to prove I am not a robot. Yesterday was a pretty typical day for me with ON
Mine was this afternoon, were your tonight? I was hesitant to try again.

Still no credit today, I finally decided to start a support ticket, do not know where that will get me. It seems to credit some times, and then not credit, but note in history.

please post what happens with ticket. Did not used to bother me when I got the correct congratulations at the end and no credit as almost all of them would credit within 4-5 days and now they don't.
I haven't done a support ticket in a long time as I had several over a year ago that went no where. If ON does resolve some or yours, I would try a ticket again.
Will do, I am very skeptical, that was my last resort, its is $2.30 in total that shows but no money.

completed 70 cent one tonight, no credit. shows as complete pending in my history, going to wait and see if it credits in the next week

Scard, something is definitely off, I completed one for .70 and it did credit, fast. I did it before 5pm. Every time I chick on all the others that were better reward, even before I can get in and try do not qualify. I tried the .40 for 25 minutes, let me get to the page to try, I did not do it I just was trying to see if I could get it. I never heard back from yet yet on the email. I see now they do not take them down after I attempled the .40 for 25 minutes, its still there.The good ones comes out as soon as you kick out.

Scard here is the reply, I think it was a waste of time, that is not how these surveys credit at all, What do your think?

yes, used to get all the back credits in 3-4 days. Not the ones that ended with "Completed- survey success"; those never credit.
that list of available surveys are what I see most days. Not going to do any that pay that low for that many minutes. and would they credit anyway

Today again .90 on that was 30 minutes, shows in history and no credit, that is now 90.50.80.50 that shows in history and no credit, can not get a explanation from support. Did anyone have this again today happen? Trish can you see what is going on, we have no luck with that.

I am not doing any 30 minute surveys or any 20,24 30 minutes ones for 30 or 40 cents; not worth my time and even more so as things are not crediting

I did one and it credit, 2nd one I did not credit and it also in my history. I do not understand how this keeps happening, this is what I get when done. We need some answers, and still no reply to 2nd email.
