Make that 5. The Opinion Central one that I took never credited either. cleared cookies, took OC again-got the cold medicine one again(about 5 hours between them)....and nope, no credit.
Thought I might have missed a qualifier question but I-hope-it's a problem with just that survey.

Can you no longer report a Greenfield daily survey that doesn't credit? I can't find the place.
The survey in question was a long, sprawling one that asked what was important to me, talked about politics, religion, cars, etc. It went to white page instead of back to SR at the end.

I have reported some in the last few months, never got credit for them later
I was being dense. I kept looking for the "report" link on the main survey page instead of on the Greenfield one. Thanks, scard.
