I just tried to do a survey with my SR e-mail. "No surveys available". Changed my e-mail address and went through 4 then qualified for the 5th. I did these consecutively so it seems to be to be a bit more than a coincidence though I can't prove it.:)Quote:

Please let me know if a lot of you did not get credits particularly for Saturday and Sunday when you thought that you should have. If it is a whole lot of people and more than just the off couple that are normal technical glitches, I'll definitely email my contact again.

i saw my credit for the survey i completed on july 1st. it was the first one i have qualified for since june 22nd. i am so glad that haven't given up earning money. everyone take a deep breath :sunshine: i think the sunshine we know and love is back again :sunshine2:
I got credit for the ones I did on Fri and Sun...didn't do one on Sat....so I'm good!! :)
I haven't been able to get a survey since the 27th... I've tried multiple email addresses and my husband's info as well as mine... so I'm still in the no survey black hole...
I'm hoping the sun will come out tomorrow, and I'll get a survey...

I finally got a survey this afternoon after four days of the "No Surveys" page.
My DH qualified for one on pork products. I'm already down one for July since no one in my family could get by the no surveys page on Sunday.

"No Surveys" available page again today. Tried everyone in my family. I'm just not interested anymore.
Maybe it is your computer. I know I get that once in awhile, but I do eventually get in. Maybe you are doing it at peak hrs too, that could be why. It can be frustrating but usually a simple fix.
If we completed 10 surveys in June, when will the bonus $1 be credited? I know y'all are busy but I was wanting to make sure I got it because those 10 surveys were HARD to get!! LOL!!
I believe they are supposed to post by July 3 - so look for them soon!
Woo Hoo!!! I just got a survey!!!!! :cooldance: First one in almost two weeks!!!! I did try a different email address and also lowered our net income (we're right on the edge between two categories) I don't' know if that helped or not.
It was for eye drops BTW...pretty short and easy!

I don't think it's my computer because I did not start having this problem until the end of June. I also had my DD try to access the surveys from her laptop at school and she kept getting the same "No Surveys" when she input our info. As for the peak hours, I'm usually trying to get around one or two in the morning(EST) sometimes as late as 4:30 AM but still no luck.
I just got a long one aobut fast food which turned out to be about dunkin donuts. Must have helped that I went there this am to splurge on donuts! It did have some dumb questions but I got the "successful" message. I'm now 2 for 3 in July.
