I still haven't pulled off but 2 coupon credits out of about 2 weeks of trying almost daily. Hmmm... Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I know yesterday I didn't get a credit, but got two today. So sometimes they get backed up. You started with them this month right? I was on vacation the end of September, and am just now getting credits again, so you might just have some time to wait still. Look through your account history and see what ones you have pending. They'll give you the date they should clear, and that might help you see if it's working or not. Make sure you use them too!
