I got the one about hospitals, too. Really long, and it didn't go back to the SR page for me either.
I just got the one on the hospitals (the one where you put in your address at the end?), but it did take me to the sr congrats page. So maybe they fixed whatever it was, or maybe I had a different one. That was one tedious survey though, but I've been wanting to give someone an earful about my local hospital so it was worth it to me!

:computer: Okay I have gotten three surveys this month on a certain chicken fast food resturant. the first one I have gotten credit for. The second I took yesterday- I got the congrats page but did not get credit today. Got another one today (they have all been for different "meals") went through the entire survey said thanks but then brought me back to the didn't qualify page and take another survey option. Is this happening for anyone else? SOOOO frustrating!
