I did the survey on children's clothes today and I'm also in IL and it went thru fine for me. I wonder what the deal was?

OK...here is a new one. I've tried to take a survey and couldn't...cleared cookies and ran CCLEANER and still got the same message. Had DH try with his info...same thing so I deleted and used ccleaner again. Had both of my children try and same thing. And what were we getting.....
The link you entered was invalid. Please check the link again and make sure it is not missing any information as you copy it into your browser.
PLEASE NOTE: Only one submission per person is accepted.
I'm even going back to the home page and going to earn daily>surveys>filling in each persons info and clicking into greenfield from there. Anyone get this before?
I got that message last night and this morning (late morning pacific time), but then it cleared up (without my doing anything) and I finally got one.
Maybe the issues with their server (swear I saw a post by Tricia about servers earlier) started back up?
I just tried to do a survey and this message came up:

This happened all day yesterday too. :( Anyone else still getting this message?
I have got the same error also this morning. :computer:
Tricia,
Apparently they haven't fixed the router problem after all because I also got that message several times this morning and some really wacky survey starters. Like it only lets you enter in age and it denies you. There was one that was a pop up survey and wanted you to install something so that they could scan your computer for browser information. I closed it right there cause that seemed really strange to me. Just an FYI!
I did my survey last night around 11pm. First I got a message that there were technical problems. Then after a few minutes I tried again and managed to get in. So, as Janet said, I don't think they fixed the router problem.
Jill should be in pretty soon. As soon as I see our stats post for the day, I'll drop her a line. Unfortunately, it seems like their tech staff just starts messing with stuff without telling her and she often hears about the problems first from us!
I get thru half of the surveys and then they decide I do not qualify for it. I just did the one for carpeting, got all the way to the commercial parts and then it comes up and says "did not qualify...". Why do they do that?!?!?!?
