Took an SSI on cheese and it did not credit.
Live Simple on insurance claims did not credit today.
Two more surveys tonight that were completed and did not credit. A MV on a computer company and an SSI2.
Completed an SSI on insurance companies that did not credit on the first or second hour. :headache:

It is getting to the point that I am not getting credit for survey's completed. I do at least 5 a day and only getting credit for 1 or 2.:cry:
Did another SSI-1 this afternoon and no credit again.
DD completed an SSI this morning on hair accessories that did not credit. None of my completed SSI/SSI2 surveys over the last couple of days have credited. This problem just started after the first of the new year. Never had these crediting problems last year.
DD tried another SSI this morning on online vs. offline shopping. She completed it but it did not credit. I'm giving up on SSI/SSI2 until the crediting problem is fixed.

I haven't had trouble with them since they switched to a 3rd party, other than it's harder to qualify for one. I think that's more related to being early in the month though and January too.
I wonder if SSI is going the same route as the other survey's. They used to be so reliable and it was pretty rare not to get credit. Usually it was my fault, because I forgot to clean out my cache in the morning.Quote:

tried with no luck this AM, but have had a few DS recently that credited on the 2nd hour, kind of suprised as that is rare for GF.Quote:

No luck this morning with SSI2, just kept getting the flag page as soon as I entered my DOB. Tonight, 1st try I get a closed survey. Next try I get into one about a special promotional menu for a fast food restaurant, complete it and end up with flag page. Wonder if they are having technical problems? The flag page was the one that says you have completed this survey before and it was from a company I have never seen before, sure did not do it before.
cleared cookies, tried another one on Tequila, got the correct completion page, will see if it credits.
Scard, I got one this and it credited around 12, it was wroking fine then.
I get that flag page at times alss, not sure why. I think its the survey closed and there system just lets your take it, at least until them end, then up comes the flags.

AMP I took earlier tonight did not credit either. that's 3 that were completed and routed back properly. No changes to anything on my computer.
Scard, it could be there is a problem on site, rather than the surveys. I do not think so many different people would be having so many crediting issues. Hopefully someone will look into this, the green lights were there for GF and live most of the day.

I think you could be right, way too many red lights last night and again this morning and different surveys not crediting. I can't remember if I ever had an AMP that didn't credit.Quote:

I tried SSI 1, just to see if it would credit, it was short one, but it did not credit the 1st hr.
Did not credit the 2nd hr either, glad is was not a long one.

Well got two today, that's better than the alternative.....
FInally got into a SH got to the end for it to tell me to qualify for another one, think it is time to sign off tonight
I am not sure what is wrong here, I completed a long Global and it did not credit 1st or 2nd hr. I do not get why some surveys are crediting and some are not. That does not make any sense, it funny these things always seem to go wrong when no one is around that can fix the problem or tell us wht is going on.

Just finished a MV on if I want a new credit card.
Finished it, but got a message that the survey is not accepting anymore answers.
So why did it let me go through with all the questions. :computer:

Based on the lights and what a few of us have posts the only ones that have credited since Monday (afternoon maybe) are DS/MV/SH/Live.
Monday I completed SSI2, SM and AMP those did not credit. I have tried a few SSI the last few days and both SSIs today and none have credited.
I think those of us who had surveys not credit stopped trying the ones that have been red all the time since Monday. All except DS/MV/SH/Live have been red the entire time since later Monday.
The good news is that SSI, SSI2, SM, and AMP are all coming through the same company and we DO see the credits. It looks like something changed in their system on Monday while we were at the conference. So we just need to figure out what it was and start pulling the credits again. It should be all good in the next could of hours, including the back credits.Quote:
