Hey I like that idea. It erases the possiblity of disputing ones that cant be disputed.
Tricia is there anyway maybe we could close the tickets because i actually have 2 that you have already got credit for me but they still show submitted to merchant.

If you PM me with your ID number and which tickets, i will get them closed. Anyone who has been paid already and has an open ticket, please do the same. i have been going through them looking for paid tickets but it takes a lot of time, this way would be much easier.Quote:
