Shopping order status?

hotels.com or the hotel chain? Mariott took about 1 week after my stay (maybe 2 weeks) before it credited.

it was through choices hotels.com, so I am hoping it will clear soon...it was pending before we left and had been showing paid at 0 when the month changed (we booked in July)

We have an inside contact with hotels.com, so I am sure if anyone uses them, we will be able to get credits if for some reason it doesn't work automaticially.

Are you sure it was hotels.com? We just added them to our site at the end of last week. Maybe it was a different broker?

I think she is meaning choice hotels.com, not hotels.com.

yep it was through the choice hotels.com site, took me forever to find it on my list...LOL
