Cindy-i appreciate you checking this out with myjewelrybox.com. what's really odd is that i haven't used this cc since december and that was the site i used it on. maybe it's just one of those things that can't be explained. have started a fraud investigation with my cc company so maybe they can get some answers for me. will keep you all posted as to what i find out (hopefully by the end of the week). :thanks: for everything.:sunshine2:
Someone can probably chime in with a free sypware doctor type program. I use a paid service that we get through work Malwarebytes as well as a couple of other in house scans.
I believe AVG and CCleaner are two popular programs for cleaning junk out of your computer.
Also make sure your virus security is up to date!
just ran an ad-aware full scan on my computer and it found nothing (no spyware just cookies). oh well, guess i'll have to wait and see what my cc company can come up with in their investigation. :thanks: everybody for all your help and assistance.:sunshine:
