I had one come through automatically around 1 week after filing. The rest I had to file TT's on. So I would wait one week and then file a trouble ticket, all of mine were resolved with credit.Quote:

Did anyone else not get credit on a trouble ticket for Freetaxusa? I had one that I did in April and it never got resolved? :confused:
Just wondering if there was a limit on how many returns you could file through them and get credit? Planning for next year already! ;)
