When there is a SM available, mine have all credited fine. Haven't tried over the weekend, no time but I got credit for 4 of them last week with no issues.Quote:

I had an SSI 2 that never credited yesterday (Cortizone 10) and a My View (Ulta) that has not credited today.
my daily survey didnt credit today it had problems last weekend as well. does anybody else have problems with them today?
I am finding it impossible to get SSI or SSI-2 to credit since the initial credit of the SSI-2 on 11/17. I have followed all the recommendations I could find here: use Internet Explorer, use ccleaner to clear cookies, don't do the SSI and SSI-2 surveys back-to-back, wait at least two hours for one SSI to credit before trying the other, clear cookies before and between the SSI and SSI-2 surveys, leave the survey completion page up while waiting for credit. I don't know anything else to try and I'm pretty frustrated, having taken 6 surveys that never credited. I don't have a problem with the other surveys crediting except for MyView, which I understand is a general problem. Suggestions?
