I see a lot of people placed orders on 4/1/2011 at Drugstore.com....me too!

My order has shipped and may very well be waiting for me when I get home tomorrow from vacation:D. My purchase is still not appearing in my account:confused:. I know that I can't fill out a TT yet, but I am wondering if anyone else has had their's credit yet.

I got my order and it did pend. i'm just missing 1 of my 3 ebay orders, everything else showed up like it should.

If you have NOT seen a credit pending yet for a purchase, go ahead and file a trouble ticket. We will look up as many of these as we can before we pick the winner next week. That will give everyone a fair chance at winning.

My drugstore.com order didn't pend yet either and I received it a couple of days ago. Off to file a TT for you, hopefully you find it? ;)

I received my drugstore.com order yesterday and it also went into pending yesterday. I have not had my Lowes order go into pending yet though, so I will go file a TT for that one. Thanks for letting us know Tricia!

After reading this I saw that none of my purchases are pending. I went to file a TT and when I was asked to select a merchant "Shoes.Com" was not there??
I know we get 6% back and I did click thru the SR link... is my computer wacky or is it me??

I just checked on mine for you and I don't see it listed in that drop down box either but it is listed on the shopping drop down? Maybe file a TT Question and ask Tricia what should you do?

That would mean that we don't have a record of you clicking through the SR link. If you are positive that you clicked through us, it is possible that you weren't logged in. You'll have to file it as a regular trouble ticket but explain that to Ashleigh.

What is very weird, is I skipped forward to file the TT's for my Kohl's purchases and when I started on my next TT, Shoes.com was listed, so I filed the TT for that purchase also. I am 100% positive I clicked thru SR for every purchase that day and that I was logged on. I also transferred 5 Disney Vacation reservations to Tom at Mouse Unlimited that day. I know they won't show as pending until completed, but it did say they would count for the contest. Sorry to be a royal pain. My purchases before April were all crediting like clockwork! Even Aeropastle!!

Kohls and Shoes.com and Aero all come through the same network. :( Something on your computer definitely blocks those for some reason.

Tom is going to get all of the reservations to me so that they will count as well. :)

I placed an order with Sephora during the contest and received the order earlier this week. The credit still has not shown up as pending so I will file a TT.

I filed my TT for the drugstore.com order this morning.

I think we now have all of the credits in that we are going to get for awhile. I'm going to combine the credits with the disputes that have been filed and pull a winner in a few minutes. :)

I didn't get my drugstore.com credit either. I actually haven't gotten credits from them in a while when I have ordered. I am wondering if it because I use my credit when I order. Not sure, but I haven't bothered to file a TT on it.
