Took one last night that did not credit right away. I was hoping it would credit overnight but it has not.

Some lights are green, are people getting instant credit? I have not all weekend. Today tried and finished the .50 ad one and it didn't credit immediately or on top of the hour. I just want to hear what's happening with others.

I never got into any over the weekend. I did the first one in IE (usually use FF) and it did credit immediately. No luck with any others even though # 2 has been green since I got home from work around 5.

I just took one of the .50 ones and it credited immediately.

I looked back and the last day I got credit for these was the 6th. It credited as paid signup though which is weird. So for sure completed a couple on Friday the 7th, no credit, and one Saturday, no credit, and none today. I wonder why for some it works and for others no? Oh well.

I wonder if maybe i have fewer problems because I very rarely get into any except the first one. Tried # 2 tonight a couple of times. Both times it send me in to the same survey 5 times in row. different surveys an hour or so apart. Finally just gave up.

Hi everyone. I am currently doing an audit of our system and tracking all the missing credits. I should have the missing credits back into your accounts tonight. I do have the all the logging information from the RFG server and am doing some verification. I will get those back credits in tonight. I still need to fix the issue, but please continue to take those surveys and I will get those credits into your account the "manual" way.

I think i just saw 4 back credits go into your account from the audit.

Thanks for the credits! #1, but I am missing my #2's, 3's and 4's

I know I had 1 #4 and 2 # 3 and 2 #2 I think is what is still missing.

It's awesome to see my credits this morning! Thank you for working on this. I also completed the #2 on the 7th I believe, not sure if it was the 6th? I guess I need to write them down just to be sure,

Great to log in tonight and see the credit! That is definitely a plus for Research over all the Lives and Greenfields I have lost out on over the last couple months.

Right now we have credited everything that they have reported back to us. For some reason yours are the only ones that are not showing up. There are some that are not crediting automatically, but we wrote a script to look in the logs of the site for those and credit within an hour. Right now, those are the only ones that we can fix.

We will get a full report at the end of the month of absolutely everything that went through their system so that we can check that.

Is anyone else still missing any?

Weird - I just took that survey and it credited fine for me. :confused:

I got that one too. As an RFG #1-and no immediate credit either....:confused:

Really like the opportunities that RFG provides, it would be even better if they had some surveys on the weekends. I know its not just me as the last 3 weekends red lights for all RFG for almost the whole weekend.

Tricia - do you think there is any chance they might have surveys on the weekends in the future? I can't remember when we had just the one if there were any.

My guess is that they will NOT add more surveys on the weekends. Besides me, most people in my industry do not work on the weekends. :) I think if they run out, there isn't anyone there to add any more.
