of course out of all the surveys i could get i got this one and like you said i answered all the questions than it tells me i don't qualify:computer:
I did a lot of surveys in April, and have been taking a break over May. Now I have been trying them again, and have had a lot of them where I go 5 mins or more, to find out I don't get credit. AGGGH! This never used to happen to me so frequently. Is this happening to others routinely as well? I want to start doing them again, but at this rate I'm getting nowhere :computer:
Had 2 surveys freeze up on me last night. Not sure if it was the surveys or my computer. They were for
Zyrtec
kids survey on video games
I sent a nice compilation email to my contact about a number of different issues you all have raised. With the new increase today and the bonus this month, we'll want to get this stuff straightened out. :)
I went through about a dozen surveys this morning tryhing to get to one that I qualified for. I thought for sure I would qualify for the video game system one. We own a Playstation and an xbox. But, finally I completed one about the cars I own. We I got to the last page and clicked done I got an error screen. So I still don't know if I got credit. Oh well, it was just nice to sit still and drink my coffee before my wild ones wake up.
I just took the Nielsen survey and before the survey ended I got a "thank you for taking part in this survey" page which I printed. I had to rate the survey for use of my time and then one more page before I got to the Greenfield confirmation page.
When I got to the end Greenfield told me I did not qualify!!
What's up with that??? Nielsen said I did..........Greenfield said I didn't. Granted, it was only a 5 minute survey........but don't tell me I qualify and then say I don't. :computer:
Was it for Ambien?
No it was for Nielsen Entertainment.
I ended up doing another one for a new type of universal remote. I NEED that!!! :rotfl:
I hope whoever the company is will make one soon!!!
From what I understand, the survey company is concerned about people not spending the full amount of time on the surveys, and the surveys are meant to take about 20 minutes.
Now, the way that they are deciding to give credit or not is a little weird. If you are just fast at surveys and are HONEST that it only took you 5-10 minutes, you may not get credit. But if you do it fast and lie about how long it took (which I do not advocate), it sounds like you DO get credit.
I think this is a bug that they need to work out because it is definitely causing some problems.
Looks like Nielsen must have a problem with all of their surveys. The Ambien one that I did some time back was by Nielson and it started off advertising a movie and then went into the drug. Never did make it back to the completed screen. As I continued to do surveys, any time Nielsen came up on the screen, I immediately exited out of it and tried another one.
I really liked the universal remote. I'd like to have it!!!!!
No Kidding. It only took me about 5-10 minutes.......so that's what must have happened. Dumb if you ask me.
I do read really fast......my family freaks when they loan me a book and I hand it back to them the next day.
On the other hand......I have done surveys (a different company I belong to) that have taken me 30 minutes. They just seem to go on and on.....asking you the same questions by changing the words around. Like I am going to change my answers cause they phrased it differently!!
OH my gosh, I have to read here before doing ANY surveys.
Started with the demographics, went into a survey for which I'm well qualified for (coffee bevvies), went ALL the way through, then (paraphrasing) 'these questions are for something or other purposes', what's your date of birth, education, and income level (which they HAD already, or should have had), then:
http://surveys.ipsos-or.com/wix/p55387462.aspx
"Thank you for sharing your opinions!
Unfortunately, the quota group that you qualified into is complete, so on this occasion, we thank you for your time but will not be asking you to complete the remainder of the questionnaire."
Not cool.
The hubster took the day off b/c I was up until 4am cleaning our old house, and he knew I wouldn't be at my best with DS. Yay for hubby (and for his job which is OK with that).
So I had him try to take some surveys, and he got the Ipsos one as well. So now we have more copy/pastes and info for you.
first asks if you work for xyz companies, then age, then "is your income above, or below 20K, then you do the survey.
Then the clever little line..."Please answer the following questions about your household composition for verification purposes only."
Birthdate, educational level, and zip code. And he was kicked out, too.
They have those things from the start....
Though hey, are there just bunches of people taking these surveys from Tacoma, WA? If so I'd like to meet 'em! :)
Hope the extra info helps.
Ugh, I didn't read here first and did the Ipsos coffee one too. Made it all the way through, did the demographics and got the "sorry, we've reach quota" crud too.
SO frustrated right now. I tried five different surveys this morning and didn't qualify for any of them, then got to a page from SR I've never seen before. It said "sorry, you don't qualify for any surveys." Is this normal? Has anyone else seen this? Hopefully I can still make my 25!
Unfortuately... it is normal... I see that message frequently... I'm hoping they will load new surveys to try during the weekend... it means you have tried all the ones they have to offer for your stats. If you have another person in the house, you can get them to do a survey. I'm going to see if I can get my hubby to do one.
Faith
Are the survey credits supposed to appear on your account the day after you complete the survey? I completed one on both June 1st and 2nd and have not received credit. Can someone help??
Surveys do not credit automatically.
Surveys done on Friday, Saturday & Sunday usually credit on Monday.
Monday -Thursday usually credit the next day.
Hope that helps!
And :welcome: to the :sunshine2:
More frustration...I wheedled my boyfriend into taking one for me and he actually got one about cars! He was about 11% through it and it froze up on him. He refreshed the page and it said it had timed out and wouldn't let him go further. So he restarted the browser and tried again, but the site said he didn't qualify for any surveys now. :computer: Guess I'll try tomorrow! At least I got the paid click and an offer!
FYI, here is the link for the frozen survey.

I just took a survey for the first time in about 10 days. I went thru the entire survey to the log out page, and it didn't take me back to the "Congratulations" page. Instead it took me to the Sorry page.
I know I completed the survey...it said so. Plus, I viewed about 6 ads, answered at least 8-10 questions about the Jenn Air ad, and I answered about 4-5 questions about Roomba. There is no way i didn't qualify for this one!
It was Princeton National 2006 and it was about advertisements for Jenn Air and Roomba. Here is the last page I was on.

I just did the same one a few minutes ago, but I did get the "Congratulations " message at the end. I did one yesterday though and went through for about 15 minutes before I got booted out. It is very maddening!!
This is the EXACT one that I just took this morning and this is a first for me! I think I spent at least 25 minutes answering questions....Ralph Lauren Paint, Jenn-Air and I know I finished it but just got a thank you page and it did not take me back to SR. I know for a fact that this survey does not pay because immediately after this one, I qualified for another and finished with a Congratulations!
After not qualifiying for approx 8 surveys (including one that took longer than I thought it should to not qualify), I got into a Greenfield survey about Crest Pro Health. I did the entire thing then got to the question about how much time you spent doing the survey. AFter answering that, I got a page that said the browser was trying to close the page then I lost my internet connection so I never got the credit page. Will I get credit for this or was my time wasted? This was at about 9:20 pm CST.
Thanks for your help.
I just went back to the surveys and I didn't get credit as it allowed me to try 3 more times before telling me there were no surveys available to me.
After trying about8 surveys I finally got into one for facial tissue. The last page did not take me back to the congratulations page, but rather went to a page that said thatk you and had a box to clik to close the window. I tried refreshing a couple times, but the only thing available to do was close the window, which closed the entire page, so I won't see credit for this one.
Don't do the facial tissue survey!!
UG! I too got the stupid crest survey. Got all the way to the end...and then it closed the window. Never returned me to sunshine....
don't have a link since I was surprised it tried to close the window...
it was one of those with the stupid penguin and the how long did this survey take questions.
Did you get your credit? I think that the system is set up to allow you to take multiple surveys even though you may have qualified and completed one. You will only get credit for one survey but you can take as many surveys as are available to you. So, when you completed the survey, you may still have surveys available to you. You just won't get credit on any others you complete.
Hmm, I don't think that's right. When I've done one early in the morning but have forgotten, and go back to take another, it tells me that I have already taken mine for the 24 hour period and to come back later.
************
Another sneaky survey. Reelresearch again, with the penguin-of-doom. :) About Puffs, it seems. After the "rank the use of your time" and "how long did this take you" questions, it said "thank you", I clicked forward, it said something else like thank you, another forward button, then it took me to a "close window" page. Sighing, I clicked to close the window (the button on my Safari browser actually read "close window") but it never closed.
Eh, that's OK, they don't want my thoughts on tissues with germ-fighting chemicals on them anyway, b/c I would never ever buy such a thing!
Yes you are right. If you have actually compelted a survey they will not let you take another for 24 hours.
I also did the Crest survey last night and it didn't redirect me back to SR and today I didn't get credit for it. This was my first day this month that I didn't get credit for a survey :( . It is frustrating when you take the time to do their surveys. Some of them are very time consuming.
I should have checked this thread first. I just completed the Crest survey, same problem. I am going to be ticked if I don't get credit, that is another fully completed survey that they get to use for their purposes without paying anyone for taking it - NO FAIR!! :computer:
Tricia, in case you can do anything about these, it is a survey from Greenfield on Crest Pro Health Mouthwash. You have to watch a commercial on the new Crest Pro Health rinse and evaluate it.
I really don't want to miss out on the survey credit, I need to get all of them for the rest of the month to hit the 25 mark!
I did the Crest one this morning too and was not redirected back here. This one took 20 minutes to do.
Elaine
Ugh, I should have checked here first. I just got nailed with the crest survey too. Watched the commercial, evaluated the product, completed the whole survey, and then I got the "click here to close this window" button.
I must have gotten lucky...I got one about fast food that only took me like 8 minutes to do. It was seriously the fastest one I've EVER done here. I'm going to keep an eye out for this Crest one. It sounds sketchy. Sorry to all of you guys who didn't get credit! :(
Watch out for the drinks one that asks you about premium coffees, juices and waters... just spent 15 minutes answering all their questions, and got a "you don't qualify" message
http://www.aiocs.com/cgi-bin/cfmccgi/websrv77.cgi
sigh... off to try another survey...
I got this when I tried to take a survey now:
You have already exceeded the daily survey limit. Please visit us again tomorrow for a new opportunity to engage in one of our survey options.
It's over 24 hours since I did mine yesterday, and I'm positive because I wrote it down to make sure I get the monthly bonus. Help!
Ummmm, did you try to do any today yet or is this the first and you are getting this message? If it is the first they may have you marked at a different time. I would wait a little while and try again. I am not sure that is anything anyone can do if you are getting this message. :(
