Maybe things are fixed now, because I just completed a survey and gots the congrats page.
Working for me now too! Completed a survey and got the congrats page:cooldance:
Am I the only one who's DS from yesterday hasn't posted yet?
Although I didn't do a survey, yesterday I was sent to a "sign up with us and do a survey and get a giftcard" thing with that same company. Honestly I got so psyched about the study that I totally forgot how I got there, but I just realized I was never taken back to SR and obviously did not get credit.
What does it mean when you get all the way to the end of a survey and click on the "Click this link to submit your survey" page and then get a blank page...?
i finally get into a ds this morning thru brain juicer about a new skin care product and i keep getting this message:
Sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred - we will have to ask you to answer
that last question again! Please click the link below to resume, and then refresh
the browser if prompted to do so.
i have refreshed this page at least 20 times this morning and i keep getting this error. reported this problem to gf so hopefully they will fix it. just wanted to give everyone the heads up about this survey.
Oh crap. My 15-year-old and I both did surveys on the same movie from our favorite company. The SM one didn't credit, so I guess the other one won't either. Do I try for another survey?
I took a surey just now that took me about 40 minutes and was on children's clothing. When I answered the last question and the progress bar hit all the way green it said unfortunately you dont qualify on the screen. HOWEVER, it went back to the SR congrats page. I wonder if this means it will credit LOL I have never had a survey say I didn't qualify and then send me to the congrats page.
I tired on an off all day to get a DS and finally did. It was on travel experiences in the past 3 years, from SurveyMonkey through GF. On the last page it says thank you and now why don't you create your own survey, but it did not take me back to the SR congrats page. I did report it. Just an FYI.
Did a survey for variety of things and then talked about sunglasses and I thought I was almost done and then it said I didn't qualify.:computer:
Not any more of a fan of complaining than other folks here - but not only does it seem more difficult to qualify for a survey at all these days (at least for me, the last 4 months or so!), but GF's 'fraud-detection' system seems to be more hyper-sensitive. By that I mean I know we need to take our time answering questions, and I DO, I really DO! But then, it seems if I don't take quite as long to answer, say, the 5th question as I did the 1st 4, I get booted. Or, even the screen that first pops up, asking if you will take the time to be thoughtful, honest, etc - I've begun to wait a bit before clicking that to go on, and will sometimes be booted immediately anyway! This all seems more stringent than it was before. Does it seem that way to others, or is it maybe me who's being over-sensitive and fussing too much here?! Sorry if this post bugs anyone...not my intention. Just want to understand the situation better.
My life doesn't really revolve around surveys, so it's not that huge a deal to me; but I would sure like to be able to get a few more than I have been, and not have it be such a struggle! Oh well...maybe in another few months.....
Sorry you are having issues. I've had great success this month. I noticed when I took a brainjuicer survey yesterday that it would freak out if I had any other tabs open so I had to close everything to complete the survey.
I haven't noticed a time issue with how long I take to answer questions. I don't quite understand the booting after the initial screen to agree to keep things confidential. The only thing I can think of is that the survey is full. I think it just happens. Just don't take things personally, take breaks, and try again. :)
I agree. I don't think that getting booted after the initial screen is a timing thing. I usually think the survey is full. I think the best we can do is go into it with the idea that we are getting paid to answer questions thoughtfully and honestly. This means reading all of the questions and answers before answering and taking our time. If we do that and we still get booted it is part of the program and we have to just move on to the next survey. I can't tell you how many times I get the same survey over and over asking the same questions over and over and get kicked out at the same point over and over but I have to go through them if I ever want to get to another survey I won't get booted out of. Good luck and hopefully today will be an easy survey day for you.
DH just did a DS about fantasy football. 2 or 3 questions and it took him to the Congrats page. Anyone else do this one and have it credit?
I just did a DS about a variety of electronics you purchase and/or own, brands, when and where purchased, etc. I was about 35 minutes into it when it asked what I would change about how I would shop for an electronic the next time I am going to purchase something. I said I would not change anything. All of a sudden it went back to the SR page saying there were no surveys available. I don't think I have ever had that happen before. Do you think this is a technical issue? I can't imagine why a survey would do that after 35 minutes. Has anyone completed this survey recently?
Watch out for this one......
Just spent over 20 minutes on a Brain Juicer about a hair styling product. Most definitely completed the entire survey and when I submitted the final answer got a message that the Brain Juicer was full and there'd be more surveys available later. I did not get back to the SR 'congrats page' - I got the 'no surveys' page.
i just spent over 20 minutes on this SAME survey, got to the LAST question at the 100% mark, then i was told their quota was full for respondents in my group! that BITES! if they're going to boot you, they should do it at the beginning. i feel this is cheating and gets their survey done without paying the survey taker.
I too, got this survey, but earlier on the next page wouldn't load, refreshed which took me back to the beginning of the survey. I tired again, but the same thing happened. I did report it. At least I didn't do the whole thing. Sorry so many others are having problems with this survey too.
I got this survey also this morning from Brain Juicer got to the end and was told they had their quota for my group
I just got this too and same thing happened at the end, not happy that I spent that much time on it. I did report it...this is just not right!
did anyone get the survey about the moms network from the famous book company and have it credit?
Has the DS from yesterday credited yet?? I did one on a new banking product but i haven't seen the credit yet. I assume it's not going to happen.
i just spent 20 minutes on the beauty product survey and did NOT get taken back to the SR congrats page! this is the SECOND time today!!! i give up! what's the point if they're not going to work correctly?
I'm glad you only spent 20 minutes on the survey. I spent over 45 minutes on the same survey and got the same result. NO SR congrats page. I did report it, and I'm done with surveys right now too. I have NEVER, in over 2 years had this happen and it's especially frustrating with such long surveys where you really take your time and give them a lot of information. I think this might just be a bad survey stretch for me. Now of course there are no options.
The book survey never did credit. :(
I did another survey, so ended up with trifecta today anyway.
I just got the beauty products survey as well and spent about 20 minutes on it and at the end after putting in the general demo info. (AFTER I answered all of their specific survey questions...) it said I didn't qualify...don't know how to report it, but just another heads-up.
