I think the "panel" the error message was referring to is either Live Sample or One Opinion, not SR. I had a problem with a Live interactive session a few weeks ago, e-mailed them with no response so didn't bother today.Quote:

Completed a MV on movie trailers that did not credit.
I completed a Global last night and a MV today that did not credit. No way will I make SM at this rate - it will be the first quarter I miss since my very first quarter at SR. :( Too few surveys available for me and too many that I completed that didn't credit.
So sorry, Stitch! I thought I was in the same boat and one of my missing shopping credits finally came in. I will say I did a MV last night and didn't think it was going to credit, since it didn't for a while. It did credit within an hour, but a lot longer than normal.
Completed a MV and a Global earlier today, and neither one credited. :( Global has a red light, but MV has a green light.
The good news is that six surveys did credit for me today, but I need every one to have a shot at SM this quarter.
Did another MV the other day and no credit again! That is two that do not work for me anymore :(

I noticed MV was green and took one that did credit right after the hour. It was one on beverages. I'm not sure if it is just specific types of surveys through MV that aren't crediting. I am also not sure if it matters that I clear cookies etc before taking one.

I did the virtual liquor from MV in the last week or so and it didn't credit either. Took the same one through another company (maybe the new SSI) and it did credit. There have been several like that, don't credit through MV but does through another company.Quote:

There was a green light for Global Test market and I finished with congradulations page. No credit 3 hrs. later.

I can't remember the last time I got credit for a Global-has to be a couple of months:confused:.
Luckily there are other companies to try.....

Burned by a MV on general shopping habits. Only 8 minutes.
That's 2 surveys in 2 days and no GF's either....hope the month gets better....:confused:

Update: over an hour later-MV DID credit-guess I'm going to have to wait a while on MV's to see if they'll credit or not-sorry for the whining.....
The past two days I've done SSI surveys that told me at the end that I didn't quality. Today was cold/flu meds. Yesterday, was a long college professor research thing on making decisions. What in the heck is going on?
No MV credit-are there still issues?

Wow I realized another survey did not credit last evening SSI-2. I thought taking the month off of March would get me back into the survey's. That was 3 survey's out of 5 yesterday that did not credit.
I have had quite a few surveys Wednesday and Thursday not credit also.
Just did a Live Sample on air purifiers that didn't credit. A week ago I did a slightly different one for My View that didn't credit. I think I'll close out the next time I get asked about air purifiers!
I had two SSI2 surveys over the past two days not credit. SSI is crediting fine but SSI2 has just started to be a crediting problem in the last couple of days.Quote:

I guess MyView is not worth doing anymore? I tried today, completed one, and it still hasn't credited.
I did this survey too. When the "close window" option came up, I just left it on the screen and about 10-15 seconds later it went to the completion page and it did credit at it's regular time. I don't know why I didn't push the close tab right away??? Sorry it did not credit for you. It was a really long one...Quote:
