Don't ever recall a crediting issue that has been this widespread and for such a long time. Hoping this is resolved soon.

For whatever reason I've notcied if I use Google Chrome MV won't credit. But if I use IE it will. Strange!

Survey was on recipes/baking.
Completed an MV survey about Coca Cola products. I went to submit it and it returned with 'URL invalid parameter.' I know it's not SR's fault but I wish we knew we would always get credit when completing surveys. I have more patience for MySurvey and I-Say because I KNOW those will credit when I complete a survey.
I haven't gotten credit for the last 3 MVs I completed. The last one that credited was Thursday. :confused:
My son just finished a Surveyhead about tv programs, got the thank you page said you will be credited, went back to SR and no credit! That has never happened before
I don't know if this will be a crediting issue yet, but it was very strange. I just completed an SSI2 on shopping. The survey headed to the completion page (based on the heading on the tab - it didn't actually load), then it redirected to a mobile phone survey. I did not get the star page. I have no idea if it will credit or not, but I will update after the top of the hour. It was very weird.

see the thread on Important SSI News. Tricia is trying a different network as it seems SSI has run out of surveys for this month.
I guess it must be that each network has different deals with SSI about what gets shown at the end of the surveys??
I did manage a SS1 before I read the rest of Trish's post, I did complete it, I saw dkr complete on top, #133627 it what I saw in my history, I completed it at 7pm, no credit this hour. Not sure if this is working, it was red, did not notice that. Anybody else do this one? It then went to mobile survey.

My mistake I figured it out, I did SS12 twice, thinking I did SS1 first. I did SS1 and it went to Sayso, I was able to complete one
Completed a DS that credited as SM. Stange, I know I clicked on the DS link and the completion page is still open and its DS. Happy to get one from GF!
Just finished a 15 min survey about a parenting magazine and the ads in that magazine. It was a SS2 survey which was just green. After finishing the "classification" questions at the end of survey it stated, sometimes we do not have a survey for you, sorry. Frustrating when I finished the survey.

I'm really on a roll. I've now done two SSI surveys and the MTC that told me at the end that I didn't quality. What in the heck is going on?
Did you use the SSI2 link or SSI? I used SSI and it was back up but didn't credit at 6, waiting to see if it credits.Quote:
