I just tried another OTX survey, it was 20 minutes about an tv network. The survey was on insightexpress.com and was awful. aside from Hundreds of clicks that could have been summed up nicer, alot of the questions were not filled in by the survey. so it would just "place holder 1" and ask how much i've seen it. I did one this morning that had me watch a trailer and after watching and answering the questions - it said I didn't qualify. I hate that - if I watch a video, I should already be qualified!
Question for the experts - I went back to try again and it said that I had reached my limits. I didn't do any surveys anywhere else so do you think I'll get credit?
I just got the video game one and closed out, now it says I have taken a survey.
I didn't take a survey. What can I do other than call it a survey lost?
This is not my week for otx either, I took two this week that didn't credit, so sad.
I was doing one about cell phone companies and it froze on the screen after it asked for the last 4 digits of my cell number. This was after the survey and some classificiation questions. I clicked refresh, but it said you cannot do this questionnaire again, close page. Couldn't go back either - so, now I have exceeded their daily limit and won't get credit for this one since I couldn't get that question to go thru!:computer:
Like MooseBrains, I'm getting the "exceeded" message after closing out of the video game survey. Since I close out of that particular survey several times a day and have for a couple months, I'm not sure why it's suddenly decided to do this.
i guess today is not my day for otx surveys. i was in the middle of one and my computer froze so i had to bring it down and restart it and when i went back into otx it said i had reached my limit for the day and to try again tomorrow. oh well, tomorrow is another day but i might just try again later. keep your fingers crossed for me that maybe i can get one today. if not, that's okay too. have a great day everybody.:sunshine:
hey marcy :sunshine2: clear cookies and try again with another e-mail address, it should work then. i had an otx freeze my computer up the other day and that's what i did. some of their surveys just don't work right. i got into a loop this morning and it tried to put me in the same survey 3 times before it finally gave me the "try qualifying into another survey" button, lol. good luck! you'll get one!
i had the ds and the dh try and they both got the exceeded message also. thanks for your suggestion iluvamystery89 but i guess it is just not my day for otx. you have a wonderful day and keep smiling.:sunshine:

Glad you got one, marcy! I'm happy I got one today too - I just haven't had time to do too many this month.
otx has been hit or miss with me this month. sometimes i get them right away and sometimes it takes hours. there have even been times when i could not get one at all and i just gave up. i'm really glad that you got one too as i know how frustrating it can be not to. have a great day lanny.:sunshine:
I got an OTX survey on cell phones and the ability to read/edit documents on my cell phone. I did not qualify for it, nor the survey after that. The next survey was the cell phone survey again. This has now happened to me twice today. It's like it's caught in a loop and keeps recycling the same survey back to me I didn't qualify for before. Has this happened to anyone else?
Yes this has happened with me many times. When a new survey releases it will go into the line up for you to do Good luck and keep checking back.

Just tried again for an OTX survey. I got that stupid cell phone survey option 3 times in one sitting before OTX finally kicked me out. I just don't understand. When you don't qualify for a particular survey, why does it come right back and present you with that very same survey in the same session? I could see if I didn't qualify, got out, and then came back, but this is happening in one session!! So tell me again . . . this is normal? :mad:

I got the cell phone survey, but I did it yesterday, so I closed the window, and then I tried doing another one, and it says I have already reached my limit of surveys for the day. But I did not ever do one...and not through other rewards sites either. I really want to make more money for my October disney trip...grrr.
If you are using the same email and demographics then you are not getting the same surveys. There are many many surveys with the same screener questions but they are different surveys. Once you close that window you are shut out of the surveys until tomorrow. So next time just keep going and don't close out until it either says thanks for taking a survey or none available.Quote:

I did an OTX suvey last night and cleared my cookies to do the SM survey. I didn't get credit for the OTX. Do you think it was because I cleared cookies before the top of the hour?

I just got a real easy OTX on an upcoming tv show. it was neat and short and it credited on the top of the hour.
Got a nice short one about cell phone companies/cell service - maybe 10 minutes. I think it is one that I started the other day and it froze before I finished. Today it worked fine, tho - so that's good!
2 days in a row of doing OTX surveys and no credit. And I didn't even do a SM survey this time.:cry: They usually credit so well for me.
I'm trying to keep on the top 10 of the Big Board but this is really messing me up.

I just got the OTX hand slap -- the message that I wasn't reading each question carefully enough.
I think they didn't like that most of my answers were "don't know." It was a long survey on a bunch TV shows that I don't watch -- how am I supposed to know what day of the week and time they are on much less when new shows premiere?

i think otx hates me. at 10:00 this morning it said come back in an hour. so i went back in at 11,11:30,12 and 12:30 and it keeps saying that i have exceeded my limit. how can otx say one thing at 10:00 and another thing later on especially since i haven't taken any of their surveys since yesterday morning. this is totally confusing and frustrating to me and i wish that otx would get their act together.:confused::computer::computer::computer:
