Survey problems or questions etc.

Tricia figured out what the problem was so you should be seeing those credits show up now. I was able to get credit for all 7 of my surveys today!!!!

Umm, I got extra survey credits come thru in the last hour. I have no idea how that happened. Like 3 of them.

I swear I haven't taken extra surveys. Now yesterday, I didn't get credit for one that I should have, but I'm not sure why there are 3.

You should see credits for any of the MTC long surveys or SSI2 survey credits that you didn't get in the past week or so. There was an issue that was found and the manual credits should have all come through now so you might see several credits but they should be dated for the day you took the survey.

Thank you for my two missing SSI2 surveys from the past two days but it seems I'm still having a problem with it crediting. I finished one tonight a little after nine and I did not get credit for this one, got the star page and I did clear cookies right before taking it. :confused:

I just finished an SSI2 on a completely different computer and cleared cookies from my 1st one and didn't get credit. that was the 1st SSI2 I have gotten.

Please remember to be patient with the credits. The SSI do not credit instantly. They are ones that credit on the hour. But we can't credit them until the companies report back to us. Sometimes they don't report back for an hour or two. I just manually pushed the credits from the last hour (because I don't want to stay online until 11:05) to see if yours came through and I see that both of yours credited. If I hadn't pushed them, they would have credited at 11:05.

Yay!!!!! Let's all scream and shout for the found credits and great service and boosted accounts!!!!! It's a great day to be a sunshiner!!
