and now, back to reporting a problem :p - everything else is working fine, but my IE is saying it cannot display the page when I click on the GF banner to try for a survey. Anyone else have that issue? Maybe I'll try Firefox.

Wow, I just had the shortest DS ever.
It asked statistics, then asked if I used 4 different oral hygiene products and it went to the congradulations page. (I had to read it twice to make sure). Now I have to see if I'll get credit.:rotfl:

I just finished a DS on faucets that was over an hour. Although I finished it, it did not go back to the SR congrats page, just a generic thank you. Just an FYI.

i've got a daily survey on my screen right now that has shown me several different banner ads and asked my opinion, and it asked several questions on one page, then when i click the arrow box to move to the next page, it tells me to review my answers, i've missed one, but there's nothing missing....

I had this one earlier, and I think there is a link below each banner that says something like "I like this one more". I had to click on that link and then it advanced to the next page. Hope this helps!

Yeah I had that one last night too and definitely had that link. It was a tad tricky because the link doesn't change colors or anything so half the time I would click and just hope that it registered the right one. I completed it without any other troubles.

I had a huge survey yesterday, took me well over an hour, and I haven't gotten credit yet. Seriously hoping it's just a delay. Trying so hard to get back into this whole survey thing....

As I posted in another thread, we have not gotten the surveys from them for the day yet. MOST days we are lucky and get them in the morning. But we continue to pull reports everyday through 3:30 Eastern before we start to get worried because sometimes it does take the whole day.

And since usually I'm JUST rolling out of bed (oh how I adore my late-sleeping son) but was woken up early, I was thinking it was around 1pm my time. :)

They still haven't loaded them. I promise that I am checking for them every 15 minutes and will post them as soon as they come in. But it's possible that the gal who loads them was just unexpectedly out today.

Update: Jill is at the ad:tech conference this week so surveys will not be loaded at normal times. We may still see them later this afternoon. Otherwise it may be the case that we only see them every couple of days this week.

Got stuck in a survey on new computer/cell phone texting. It is at the begining, shows a one minute video, then goes to the next page on its own. This page says Don't use the back button (I didn't :confused:), press OK to continue. When I press OK it goes back to the video, plays it again, then goes back to this page on its own. Stuck in a loop. Didn't report it as it is SM not DS for me.

Interesting - I got the same survey and was able to complete it! Bummer for you - Hope you were able to get another survey!

just tried to do a brainjuicer ds on feminine hygiene products, answered 15 questions on whether i would sell or buy the new product and everytime i would answer the last question in this section i would get an error message saying that an unexpected error had occurred. refreshed the page and it went back to the beginning of the 15 questions. this happened 3x today. reported this problem to gf so hopefully they will fix it. just wanted to give everyone the heads up about this particular survey.
