i finally got an otx survey today (it took me over 8 hours to get one), completed it, got the thank you page, went thru all the offers but it did not credit on the hour. are surveys just taking longer today to credit or is it me? my sm survey took 1 1/2 hours to credit so i am getting nervous. can someone please help me.:confused:
sometimes otx takes two hours for me. I would not worry yet

i was in the middle of doing an otx survey and a page came up saying that i had interrupted the interview and i tried to take another one and it said that i had reached my limit for the day. UGH.:computer::computer::computer::cry:
i waited over an hour to do another otx survey, completed it, got the thank you page and it has already credited. guess it pays to walk away from a survey for a while and then try again as it worked the 2nd time.:banana:

Do OTX surveys still need us to put the year we will turn this year? Or did they fix that problem?
And if you end up on an OTX survey while doing a Daily Survey, do you still need to do that?
I think I saw a post about that somewhere else today - the person said that if there were slim pickings for the DS, she did do the OTX thru GF, otherwise not. I know that I usually don't do them thru GF if one happens to come up - but usually I'm doing my DS before my 24 hrs are up with OTX, so I can't get the OTX anyway! HTH!Quote:

Did you happen to get a greenfiled ds rerouted to otx? When that happens to me I close it out (don't want credit for a ds for an otx survey when I can get that separately), but I have to wait a few hours & clear cookies to try OTX or it will give me the sorry come back message.Quote:

I've been kicked out of a few surveys. I don't remember if they specifically asked for an age though. I'll probably continue doing what i've been doing. Thanks for the explanation though.Quote:

Don't think you are missing anything.......surveys are a luck of the draw type of thing. Sometimes there are an abundance and other times none. I wouldn't get so wrapped up in them. I mean, I do love getting them to credit and all, but I have learned over the years that they are not a guarentee and it is out of the SR families hand as to how many are available or if they will credit.Quote:

I got this message and am confused. I have not completed one fo these surveys in over a week, as I did not get credit for the last one completed so I took a break and now when I entered my information I get this message:

I keep having that happen with OTX here lately too....and I get that message when I haven't done one in days. I know it is some sort of error on their part, but I can't figure out what causes it.
did both of you clear cookies b4 you started the survey?
Yes, and then I tried clearing them again even and it still didn't work. It seems fine for me today, but I have had this happen a couple times in the past few weeks. Sometimes on my first try, sometimes after I have attempted to qualify a couple times.
for some reason otx seems to be on their own internal clock and 24 hours to us might not be 24 hours to them (you never know) so all i can say is to keep on trying and keep on doing what you are doing and eventually you should get one. i do feel your pain as i have experienced this problem a lot lately so just hang in there.:sunshine:
I used to never have problems getting an OTX survey. However, that has changed. For the past 3-4 weeks I can hardly ever qualify for an OTX survey and I try multiples times per day. I also get the same messages as the previous poster stated. I just don't understand what their looking for anymore, but apparently it isn't me.
Chad - i totally understand your frustration and i do feel your pain. i went thru a cycle where i could not get one for days and days so i stopped for a while and then tried again. it is becoming harder and harder to get one but all i can say is to take a deep breath, remember to clear out your cookies every time and just keep pluggin away. will keep my fingers crossed for you that you can get one soon. keep smiling anyway.:sunshine:

I think I just won't try an OTX for a long while and then come back to them and try again. Maybe they just got tired of paying me. Who knows. Oh well, at least I can still get my daily surveys for the bonus payout.
