GF survey, this one my sons worked on for almost 17 minutes. It was about electronic items and their usage with a universal plugin. It was nearing the end and then it suddenly went to

I think after 17 minutes he definately should have gotten credit (I got him out of the tub to do it...lol) but lately I feel as if at times we are being diddled, they take our surveys and get alot from us to only go nope,....not today...LOL. My BP gets high everytime I get diddled by the surveys...at this rate I cannot go back to my doctor until I get several in a row that counts..>LOL

Over on the Daily Survey thread, we've been talking about that survey. One person has gotten the "congratulations" page on SR so far, just one. I know I was working on it for an hour, b/c I was going slow. The first to report it had been on the survey 40 minutes.
They say, and I *have to* believe it, that if we don't get credit that means Sunshine doesn't get credit, and that means Greenfield didn't get credit, b/c the info was NOT reported to the people conducting the survey. So even though we have wasted our time, they didn't get anything for it either.
I think your post is a good reminder that if someone runs into a nasty survey, maybe it should be posted on all of the survey threads, in case people don't read all of them. (I once only posted on the SM survey thread, but then it happened to people on the DS thread and I felt bad.)

thanks MOlly, I just found the other thread talking about this very thing, survey...and yours was there...when I searched it took me to this one to post, as I hate screwing up where I post...(as I tend to...occasionally mess up...lol_). I hate stinker surveys...lol

I just tried for the OTX, and this is the message i got after i entered my info and clicked "start survey":
Error: User could not be redirected.
Possible cause: Server was unable to process request. --> Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Please click the back button and try again.

i've clicked the back button as it says (twice) but i still get the same page...

That is a good point but let's also try to remember to post some positive things too like when we get super easy surveys so that people will know to look out for them as well. Sometimes it's easier to remember which things are good things versus the many bad things because everything is blending together.Quote:

i'm getting the same error message everyone else is getting. i tried to take one about an hour ago and i got the message to come back in an hour and when i did i got the error message. wonder what's up with otx and if it is going to be fixed any time soon.:confused:
Still an error message for me too. Funny thing is, I was offered an OTX 2x on the DS, and it went to a page that wanted my age, etc. I wonder if I would have gotten this same error message if I had tried doing one then. Probably!
My ? is tho, is someone able to get one?!
just got and completed an otx survey (i guess it's fixed). hopefully it will credit after 6.:cooldance: my otx just credited.:banana:
I was able to get one too just now and will see if it credits by 6 central.

I finally got and completed an OTX for the first time in 2-3 weeks!! :banana:

No you are not alone same thing is happening to me. I guess we are back to kind of the same issues as Thursday. It is good to know it happens to other people. We will have to try again later. Good luck.

i am so glad i am not alone with this problem. the only thing is i hate doing otx surveys late as they keep getting later and later each day to the point that i would have to skip a day as it will be too late. does that make any sense?:confused:

after trying for about 2 1/2 hours last night to get an otx survey i gave up as i kept getting the exceeded message. i did however get one this morning on tv shows and it has already credited.:cooldance:

an hour ago otx said come back in an hour, so i just tried again and now it says i have exceeded my limit for the day and to try again tomorrow. what's up with that? it has been over 24 hours since i took my last survey and had it credited so i don't understand why otx is saying i have reached my limit when i haven't even taken one yet today. i wish they would get their act together and have some sort of consistency with their times. oh well, it's still early in the morning and hopefully i will be able to get one soon.:sunshine:
i think the survey gods must be pissed off at me or something. have been trying for over 5 hours this morning to get an otx survey, got into 1 but got booted out and it now keeps telling me that i have exceeded my limit for the day. been trying for for 3 1/2 hours to get a sm survey and all i get is no new surveys available - try again tomorrow. is it me or is anyone else having tons of problems getting surveys this morning.:confused::(:cry::computer:
If I get booted from an OTX, I wait an hour and then try again and it usually works. Sorry you are having such trouble today!! DH got a daily survey and OTX and I completed the SM survey today. Some days take a little longer though. Good luck!Quote:

UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it has now been over 11 hours and i still can't get an otx survey. i'm totally sorry that i am taking this so seriously but i just don't understand why i am having so many problems today. the last one i took was very early yesterday morning and all i keep getting is you have exceeded your limit for the day - try again tomorrow.:confused::computer::computer:
Finally got an OTX survey this morning after 4 days of trying. :)
It has been my experience if you get booted out of an OTX then you are done for the day. The only way to get another chance is to keep clicking on "try another survey". If you close the browser then that's it. I don't think their system recognizes the difference.
You may have to wait for tomorrow. Sorry. This has been a tough month for OTX for me. I have hardly qualified at all so I'm feelin' your pain.

I haven't been able to qualify for the SM survey very much this month either. I'm just tell myself at least I'm getting the DS one. The bonus will help make up for the lack of the other two.
