I'm thinking it must be that you DO need to clear cookies between this one and the other SSI. Still no credit for mine, but I'll chalk that up as a learning experience.

I got this same error as PP this AM. I took both SSI surveys yesterday and got credit if that makes any difference.

I took the SSI 2 after taking the SSI and did NOT clear cookies and still have NOT rec'd the credit - i think its been longer than an hour but if anything changes I will let you know!
To tack onto what I said if you dont clear your cookies and dont get the credit - can you clear your cookies and try again?
