Wow, you guys are fast! I put in a TT just this morning for my 1800 petmeds order done during the $9 incentive. Today was day 10 with nothing pending. Just noticed my account took a nice jump! Thanks so much! :sunshine:

I just spent 4 hours doing nothing but trouble tickets! They have been insane this week! A few were just reporting errors (like yours) but about 80% of them were orders that did not track. The good news is that although it seems like 35 trouble tickets is a lot, it's very small compared to the number of sales that HAVE tracked (thankfully!!).

I just saw my TT for Modell's credited! Thank you for it being so fast. I still have one outstanding from October, so when I see a fast credit it is all the better! I am sure with all the shopping this is time consuming, but very much appreciated when it works out!

7947 ~ Football Fanatics ~ can be closed. This came through a while ago. It was one of the ones from Black Friday/Cyber Monday. I just realized it still was showing as open.

Wowie, a TT from August came through! I'd been starting to have some serious doubts about that travel company (since I have one TT open and two that I'm going to open very soon, haven't yet b/c I'm trying to be generous in the time I'm giving them), but that makes me feel good.

I can beat that :D....I filed my TT and in less than 1 hour the credit was in my account for my Drugstore.com order. Thanks Ashleigh or Tricia, you ladies are right on top of things!

I got mine too! I wanted to place another order but was waiting to see if this one credited first - I didn't want to have to find a new place to order from! :sunshine:

Just when I was starting to despair over those hotels dot com TTs, 2 of them came through. The stays were in late January and early February. AWESOME.

I used the "click here to close this ticket" link for the 4 today and one of them yesterday...hope that doesn't mess up your own record-keeping.
