Unbelievably, I actually got the Trifecta today. I got that same OTX survey that others hadn't been getting credit for. Yep, mine did credit just a few minutes ago. Perhaps it is fixed?

well amazingly enough like Pat I did get credit for my OTX. So whatever the problem was they fixed it.
