Survey problems or questions etc.

On the whole, survey numbers are not down for the month. They started slow and then REALLY spiked last week. By the end of the week we were seeing great numbers. It does look like they fell off again over the weekend and just started coming back up late yesterday. Hopefully we will see our usual Tuesday increase that ramps up through the week and doesn't drop off quite as much again.

We also have a one time survey opportunity coming up this week that everyone should qualify for that I think is going to pay about $1.25 for just double opting into it. So keep your eyes open for that! I just have to sign the contract with them to finalize it.

I just tried to get the survey head daily survery to come up and it keeps taking me to a regular SR page that says welcome. I didn't get one survey yesterday and today is not looking much better either :(

I just did a DS keynote eval that I completed successfully but then credited back to the Toluna page rather than SR. Dang! I'm not holding out hope that it will credit.

I started that one, but I'm at work and can't download their website evaluator so I had to cancel out.......for once I'm glad of that! Sorry it didn't work for you!

Was finally able to get a DS and AMP.....still nothing else though.

Tried all six but only managed to get the DS. Hope things turn around soon

I also got that one and i'm at work too so couldn't install it. I usually like those they are interesting when i get them at home. I also go the soda/smartphones/computer survey. Thought i was finished finally after 40 minutes and all I got was a sorry you do not qualify also.

Not a single survey since 1/13 still. Either don't qualify, or technical problems with them:(

Came home from work: no SSI, no SM.

**kept trying and just got MV + SSI** :-)

To give credit where credit is due-yesterday's DS DID credit. Whee! I've had things not credit when they don't route back to SR, but this one did:)

Anyone else encountering technical difficulties with MV today? Both this morning and tonight, every time I get into a survey I end up with an error screen that starts with:

HTTP Status 500

and then there are no more surveys.:confused:

i have been getting that same error message for most of this week on mv. whenever i have gotten it, i have refreshed the page and then it asks a bunch more questions and have eventually managed to get a survey but it has been taking a bit longer to get one because of those error messages. i am so sorry that u r having problems with mv but i promise it will get better. just take a deep breath, walk away from your computer for a little while and then try again later. that usually works for me. Yep, I got that one too.

No DS yesterday or today (yet) for me either. Yesterday I had some check mark options, but didn't qualify for a survey. Today, it just goes to the "sorry we have no surveys" message. :confused:

I'll try again a little later and see what happens.:wizard:

Anyone else having problems with GF Daily survey? I see lots of people posting on the contest thread that they have completed DS and Y2C for today. I have been trying off and on 3 hours this morning and can't even get to the screen with the boxes with checkmarks, just the box to click "start survey" and there is nothing. I had the same problem most of yesterday until I briefly was able to get into and complete it. I have never had this much trouble for this long with DS. :confused: I have checked all my settings on both browsers

re SH-I haven't been able to get an SH since the greeting card one either. And THAT one was the first since the 10th. Have no idea why.

Re GF-got that screen all of Thursday and most of Friday. Then last night I was able to do a GF and I just completed one this morning.

I don't think it's your browser-I think it's January-next year I'm not making my goal so high:computer:

Thanks for the reply. I completed DS + SM before 8AM on Thursday and since then it's been practically impossible to even get into anything to try and qualify. If it weren't for the contest and so many people posting that they are getting DS and SM I would have just figured that GF had no surveys. Maybe things will pick up next week or next month.

hmmm...i got a DS this morning with no issues, and it was a short one, for once-only about 5 questions. don't give up, SCard, they'll find one for you soon :sunshine2: persistence pays off!

I had that screen one day earlier this week. It finally let me in in the evening, but I can't remember what time. It was on the late side though, maybe after 9?

Keep in mind too that both Give us your Two Cents and the daily Greenfield survey are both run by Greenfield. If you are the only one in your household doing surveys, you're basically taking two from the same pool each day. Perfectly ok, but if surveys are scarce it's something to keep in mind. I personally rarely do an SM survey because I would rather have the chance at the DS since it's worth more. The same goes for SSI and SSI 2. Usually I only attempt the second one of those two surveys if there are a LOT in the system or if there's a contest. It may mean that I don't get quite as many surveys, but it works for me.

I had a heckuva time getting a GF yesterday too. I finally managed to get surveys available around 10pm last night. Today, I immediately get the "Sorry, there are no surveys available" page.

I'm off to try the others now.

I guess I will take a nap and try later. I missed three days of surveys but I was able to get 5 yesterday. That helped a lot. I was hoping to get 5-6 today too because I work the next two days and won't be able to do any until Tuesday.

Took a break for about 5 hours came back and the same thing with GF - "no surveys".:cry:
Maybe I will try again when February starts.

I was trying at the same time many people posted about the contest and never got anything except "sorry no surveys" so it can't be that I wasn't trying when some did become available.

Frusterating when there is a contest you are trying so hard for and there is nothing and it clearly isnt across the board because you see others getting then they are saying sorry no surveys, how can that be.

thank goodness i'm not the only one who can't seem to get any surveys :( i haven't been able to get anything but the DS since thursday!

I have only been able to get 5 so far since the contest started compared to others who seem to be getting them I guess a 64 year old is not what they want to answer surveys :rotfl:

NO DS,SM, SSI or SSI2 for me today; I've had a tough time since the contest started. Hoping things will pick up tomorrow when it ends. They don't seem to like my age either. ;)

My mother is your age and has noticed the same trend with her surveys the past few days. On the other hand, there are times when she has better days than I do! I am in my early forties with young children and don't seem to be having much trouble right now....

just tried to do a mv and i keep getting error messages or they keep sending me to surveys that are full. oh well, you win some, you lose some. on the bright side i have been able to get a ds, sm, ssi and amp today and i am totally happy about that. guess i can try mv later and hopefully i can get one. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

since the contest I havent been able to get hardly any never have had such a hard time with DS and SM, and SSI doesnt have any either, now no SH, only thing for me today was MV, very discouraging. :confused:

getting that still, too. also no DS, no amp, no SH.....no entries for me yet today for the contest.

okay, there must be a really serious issue with MV....i've been routed to 4 surveys, and three of them have put up some sort of error page before i even got started. maybe this needs to be reported?

For those having problems getting into a Greenfield, try again. I just managed to finish a DS after getting very few options today.

After 3 really tough days for surveys I was able to get into SSI fist thing today, complete a survey about smartphones, click and see - "sorry you don't qualify but we have more surveys for you":mad: And there are no more surveys.

Again this morning - NO DS.

Sure hope things change when the contest ends this morning.

SCard-i can totally feel your pain and relate. i did an ssi earlier on fragrances and spent almost 30 minutes on it and when i went to submit it i got the you don't qualify page also and now they have no new surveys available for me. guess i can try again later and hopefully ssi will add some new surveys as the day goes on. good luck getting your surveys today and i hope you have a great day.:sunshine:

geeeez, now i can't even get a DS. :( spent 15 minutes on a car survey and got booted, now i can't even get any options, just the "start survey" button and the sorry no surveys page.

I was getting that same message from MV ALL DAY yesterday! I got routed into any number of surveys, and then they ALL went right into that black and white error page...I haven't tried yet today, I'll have to do that after I get the kiddos off to school...
