My DH completed surveys on both 2/26 and 2/27 but has still not received credit. He cleared cookies before each survey and got the "Thank you" page.
Now today when he tried to access the OTX surveys, he got the page that told him he had exceeded his quota for the day.
i hate otx surveys. i have been trying since 3:30 this afternoon and it keeps telling me that i have exceeded my limit for the day. i don't know how that is possible as i haven't done one since about 3:30 yesterday. it is now 4:39 and i still can't get one. i am so totally frustrated by this i am ready to scream. any suggestions? (the survey i did yesterday credited at 4 so do i have to wait until 5 to do another one?) ugh.:computer: :computer: :computer:
If it credited at 4, I'd think you should be able to do one after 4. Did you clear cookies? I got the exceeded message too, but cleared cookies, waited another half-hour or hour and was able to get one then. It seems to be popping up with that message more for me, even after I have waited the 24 hrs or cleared cookies. But I just clear cookies, wait a bit, and try again - eventually it works!Quote:

yesterday I finally got one ...forget what it was about...then today I got one about bras..... both surveys told me at the end that I had given invalid information (which I had not!)...and booted me. ARGH!:computer:
today has definitely not been a good day for surveys - i guess the survey gods are against us on this sunday. hopefully tomorrow will be better - keep your fingers and toes crossed that we all have better luck tomorrow with surveys. if not, i may just totally give up as it really is not worth the headaches, aggravation and sometimes the hassle for 75 and 60 cents. have a good night anyway and i am at least trying to smile my way through this evening.:sunshine:
AAARRRGGHHHH!!!! I FINALLY got an otx survey tonight after trying for 3 days...have not qualified for any at all lately! So I spend about 20 minutes on the bra survey which was kinda fun...after I gave my age...it told me I gave invalid information and I would not be able to complete the survey. Also had a little snippet about the importance of honest answers while taking surveys. I really gave my real age...really!! lol...I wonder what invalid info they are talking about...they did have a couple of those "put a 6 here or put 3s in the boxes" thingies to make sure you are reading the questions and not just filling in any old thing--I was pretty disappointed in this one - they got all the info they needed and I got the boot.:(
This is probably one of those w/ the age glitch problem. For whatever reason they are taking your age as 2008-birthyear=age, regardless of what month. So if you were born in 1969, you are 39, even if you are 38 b/c you haven't yet had your birthday. So in order to qualify for their honest answers it requires a fib :( :pQuote:
