Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

I just did my daily Greenfield survey for the day, and it was an interactive panel. Most questions were multiple choice, just pick one. But some questions I was supposed to type an answer in a box, and it would not let me type. I filled out a support thing on that page during the survey, which told me to refresh. When I refreshed, I could then type my answers, but by that point it was at the end of the survey so there were several questions I did not answer.

At the end of the survey, it said I completed it and took me back to the SR thank you page. Just wondering if I will really get credit since I wasn't able to answer several questions? I am trying to get the trifecta and would like the chance to retake or take a different survey if necessary. Thanks!!

If you got to the SR thanks page you should be good on Monday for credit.

I was in the middle of an Opinion Central survey about a particular automotive Super Bowl ad, and I reached one page where the survey would not continue. I checked the appropriate boxes and clicked Continue, but it kept returning to the same page. I was enjoying the survey, too! :computer:

Now there are no surveys for me!

I know how you feel, I was in the middle of one for sneakers, and there was no continue button, or line to rate the shoes. I now can not get other one.
I wish they would make sure these surveys work first, or let you know which browser is best for which survey.

I just had the same EXACT thing happen to me with this survey...unfortunately I didn't know it was the same one you were talking about until I was about halfway through and then I just hoped that they had fixed the problem...NOPE! Hopefully they'll load some more soon b/c I don't have any options for me right now :(

I still haven't seen my credits from the weekend yet. I'm getting a little nervous since it's almost 4:00 p.m. EST here. Usually, they have credited by now. :confused:

I haven't either yet. But I'm quite sure Tricia is on top of it since she doesn't get paid if we don't get paid!:D Hopefully we'll see them soon!

Thanks! :) I was getting worried because I didn't see any other posts about a credit delay so I thought maybe it was just me. :blush:

got mine now, thanks!!

i just finised my SM survey, a really great short survey about being "green". took less than 5 minutes.

but i got a white congrats page, not directed back to SR. So we'll see in a little bit of my super easy SM survey will credit.

eta - no, it did not credit.

I had the same green one as my GF and got the same white page.

I had the same one this morning for my DS and I also got the white page. I guess we will see if it credits tomorrow but I bet it won't if it didn't credit as SM survey. BTW, my YTC survey didn't credit on the hour or second hour either. My OTX did credit on the hour so I don't know what is up. I did eventually get a second DS that did bring me to the congrats page so if I get two credits tomorrow we will know that the being green one credits.

Is it ok to take another daily survey if I didn't get a congrats page (just the white one)? I already took my super member survey.

Haven't gotten credit for Tuesday and Wednesday DS. Anyone else?

I got credit for Tuesday's DS yesterday. Still no credit for Wednesday's. I know it was later earlier this week, so I am not worried.

Got yesterday's DS credit, but still nothing for Tuesday. Guess I'm outta luck there. :cry:

I got credit for Tue and Wed surveys... but I don't get any options on the GF surveys... don't know what is up with that.

That was like me yesterday...I had no options all day till about 7:30 last night (about 24 hours after my survey from the day before). I had options this morning too. I think sometimes GF has a hiccup and goes back to the 24 hour clock for a day or so.

just attempted my ds on office supplies and was 83% finished with it and got the following message:

quota full. this survey is now closed.

reported this to gf so hopefully they will fix it. just wanted to give everyone the heads up about this survey.

Just want to verify - we cannot file a technical problem if we get the dreaded white page Thank you?

Just took a long survey on Medical Facilities and got the dreaded white page! Arghhhhhhh!!!! :headache:

This is not a complaint, I just have a question. Earlier today, I tried to get a DS. After going through several options, I still couldn't get one, so I decided to log out, clean my house and then try again. Now, when I go back in, I automatically get the "no surveys" available page. This is before it even asks me the gender, income, etc questions. I have tried clearing cookies and running ccleaner, but I keep getting this page. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I have had this happen before. It is not anything you can control, it just may mean there are no surveys for your demos. Try again in a little while and hopefully you will have options.

has anyone noticed a change in gf surveys lately? if i am not able to get one first thing in the morning i have to wait until much later in the day when they finally add more options and i finally get one. is this happening to anyone else or am i all alone? this is not a gripe or complaint - just an observation. once i have exhausted all options open to me it then goes to the no new surveys available for me. this just started happening this week so i wonder if gf changed something on their end that they only load new surveys in the morning and the evening. any insight into this would be greatly appreciated. :thanks:

seriously, what is the matter with these surveys that require you to first watch several commercials, then 2, and then have questions on one particular commercial/product?! every time I do one of these now, I go through the whole thing, carefully, slowly, honestly, etc etc, only to get, you don't qualify at the end! grrr Is there some glitch that makes it do this - or do they really reserve the odd right in this sort of survey to refuse you compensation if they think your answers about the commercial/product aren't what they want?! Can't think so, as my answers were generally quite positive. Anyway, just weird and a little annoying, to spend a good deal of time just to get this result. Maybe I should just not even do those particular surveys anymore since I always get burned now!:rolleyes:

lanny-i know exactly how you feel. got a ds a couple of days ago on constipation meds, got thru the whole thing nice and slow (also had to watch videos and took over 20 minutes to do it) and at the end a plain blank white page came up saying i did not qualify. reported it to gf since i spent so much time on it. who knows, maybe one day you and i will actually get thru one of these kinds of surveys and get the congrats page and not a white page saying you have completed the survey.:)

An FYI - I was at 40% progress in a cat litter DS when it told me I didn't qualify. The question was what type of litter would fulfill your needs best, worst and rank the other 2 kinds in between. If you get past that point you'll probably be okay.

Same exact thing just happened to me in the same spot. I guess they didn't like that I prefer scoopable/clumping litter.

I just tried to do a AMP survey, id not answer too many ?ds then this is what I got. I did not complete to even come close to getting one, this is the first time I ever had this happen. Anyone else try to do a Amp today and get this or able to complete one. Thanks for any help.

just finished a survey on eating out... did all the questions...got to the demographic part...did alot of that, then it bumped me out.
going to report it now.

I haven't had any issue at all getting AMP (or GF) survey's this month. What I'm running into is every.single.AMP one doesn't credit. What the heck is going on?! I got the "thanks for completing" page, but I haven't gotten credit for a single one of them in over a week. Any idea what's going on or why that would be? I even tried doing them on my desktop instead of my laptop and still no luck?

my last 2 AMPs haven't credited either, and neither did my Y2C yesterday. I'm not sure what is up with the AMPs, because in over 2 years I haven't really had trouble with them crediting like that - particularly 2 days in a row! And then you can't try for another one, because the system knows you did one, even it doesn't know you didn't get credit for it! I hope the credits are just stuck somewhere and will come through somehow later.
