SSI says it is fixed now. I'm trying to see if I can get back credits from yesterday.
I just completed one too, will post if it credits.
Thanks Tricia for the follow up.

finished my ssi at around 3:45 this afternoon and it just credited.
Mine just credited too.
I finished a SSI at 4:02, it credited by 4:06 which is super speedy quick! Wouldn't it be great if yesterdays got to credit also? I did two hoping the first one was just something bad on my end.
still getting flag page on SSI :(
SSI credited!:) Thanks, Tricia!
My SSI that I took tonight just credited! :sunshine:
Mine didn't :(
They are crediting for me.
just tried to do my ds from gf and after i put in my demos it goes straight to the page that says there are no new surveys available. when i get back into it again the demos page is not keeping the information i put into it the first time. is this happening to anyone else or am i all alone here and why is this happening? any info someone could give would be greatly appreciated.:thanks:
Getting the flag page every time I try SSI, DS goes right to "sorry no surveys". The weekend and end of the month guess I'm not surprised.
Did anyone get this email? Says it's from Toluna but I'm not sure and it wants me to download something.
From SurveySupport@Toluna.com-says I haven't completed the installation process and wants me to download a file entitled "gacela.msi"
For further technical assistance contact "dfc.gacela.eu or contact us/our partner nurago and gacela-support@nurago.com"
I got this yesterday morning, but I thought that it might be phishing. Didn't think too much about it until I took both a DS(which I won't know if it credits until Monday) and I SM-the SM never credited even though I didn't do anything different than always on my end. Got the congrats page on both of them.
Is this normal? I can understand the re-contact, but not the downloading? I do not want to risk my computer with unknown software.
Any help?
i had no trouble getting a DS today, but haven't tried any of the other surveys yet.
no problem getting into a survey...it's trying to finish one that is the problem...probably got screened out of at least 4 this morning so far. :(
I didn't bother with SSI today since they haven't been crediting and yesterday's GF didn't credit either. I won't know if the GF I did this morning will credit till Monday.
ME TOO and I've given up today. Maybe I'll try again Monday and see if something credits thenQuote:
probably got screened out of at least 4 this morning so far.
Breeze88-just remember that yesterday's GF(Friday) won't credit until Monday anyway.
If you are having problems getting surveys to credit across the board, you probably need to look at your computer settings. For the SSI, my first question would be did you clear cookies between the SSI you most recently took and yesterday's? You MUST clear cookies between your surveys each day for them to credit, with the exception of the DS from Greenfield. That one tracks by user ID. YOu also need to clear cookies between taking SSI and SSI 2.
My next question is if you are clearing cookies, how frequently are you doing so? Are you possibly clearing before one has a chance to credit? Sometimes it takes a few hours for them to come through.
If you took the DS Friday, relax. It should credit Monday, unless Monday is a holiday and then it credits next business day.
Stopped trying all surveys a couple of weeks ago because I wasn't getting any at all. Started trying yesterday again and can only get one SSI yesterday and today. Technical issues with most of them, screened out of the rest. Guess I'll give it until Feb 1, cash out and move on:(
very frusterating just finished and completed a sh on engagement rings and went back to sr homepage with no credit, very disappointing when you take the time to do it and not get credit:computer:
Interesting....I usually have to try between 5-10 times everyday to get a DS. I stop trying at 10!!! I want to remind everyone that Jan and on into Feb are historically very hard times to get surveys. I have been doing this awhile!! The surveys will start picking up towards the end of Feb and by March will be going pretty good. There is no need to quit, just view it as seasonal employment!!
I know someone has posted this before, but it bears repeating: January is typically a slow month for surveys. You wouldn't know this if you have only been around for a few months. It is a weekend at the end of January - there are not a lot of surveys to be had. I've tried several times today and only gotten a DS and a MV, but I have been around long enough to know that it is temporary.
That being said, SR should not be a source of frustration. If a temporary survey drought causes you to want to move on, it is probably time for a break. SR is a fun, caring community with the opportunity to earn some extra money - it shouldn't be a cause for stress. :) Even when I am not getting surveys, I enjoy checking the forum, playing games, and keeping up with everyone's lives. :sunshine:
First of all, I don't feel it is a source of frustration, just a waste of my time. And not qualifying and having all the technical issues are two different things. I'd rather find out right away that I don't qualify than to waste 20-40 minutes and have the survey not credit, show me 'we are having technical issues' pages, flag pages, or not route back to SR properly. From the looks of this thread I'm clearly not the only member feeling this way. I don't have time to play all the games and chit chat in forums all day. I just like to complete a few surveys each day with the opportunity to earn some extra cash. I have friends that belong to another survey site and they are not having any of these issues. I haven't switched sites yet because I wanted to give this one a chance first and didn't want to jeopardize surveys be being a member of two sites.
I love how you put that! That is exactly how I feel. It has been a pleasant addition to my routine. My husband actually teases me (in a loving way) about doing the surveys. Although I consider being a stay-at-home mom at blessing, it is nice to have some me time. SMP is the highest award I have gotten since my Bachelor's degree!:rotfl:I think SR is a great fit for many people. It is a wonderful community of people whether surveys or slow or not.:sunshine:
Well - OK, then. I was actually trying to be supportive, but whatever. :( We all experience technical issues from time to time, as you have clearly read on this thread. For me, being part of this community means I'll tolerate a few glitches for the great customer service and honesty that we get at SR. But survey glitches are not SR issues. Considering the surveys are run by companies other than SR, I'd expect that the other sites have the same glitches, whether you hear about them or not. Technical issues and flag pages are problems with SSI, not SR.
What I did was take a break for awhile because I was starting to get frustrated, but I never thought about moving on to another site. I really really like not only this site, but the folks in this forum too.
One of things that I really like is that everyone shares their success. Whether it's an offer that is crediting well or telling someone which new item they just bought is awesome, everyone helps everyone else out!
So, I'm just hang in there for the surveys and hope they pick up again soon.
Very well said, couldn't have said it any better myself!!!! We all complain from time to time, some of us more than others, unfortunately but it's just human nature and we all have to remember that Sunshine Rewards is a survey site that allows us the opportunity to make a few dollars here and there, it's not a job with a paycheck...it's free money!
i think i might have just gotten the shortest amp ever. it was about going to recipe sites and which ones i use most often and was suppose to be 15 minutes long but it only had 2 pages of questions and lasted less than 5 minutes. when i got to the bottom of the second page and it said submit i could not believe that that was the whole survey. it just credited.
ugh, no DS available this morning. time to move on and try again later.
Good news! I was able to get some back credits from SSI for Thursday. It may not be every one of them, but hopefully it is most of them! I have manually credited accounts for ones that I got.
I just got both of the credits for the 2 SSI I took that didn't credit. :sunshine:
Thank you Tricia for going the extra mile for us!! :sunshine: Things like this, and all of the fun extras you do for your members are part of what have kept me here for years and will keep me here as long as I can type! :)
Thank you!
