Thank you for working on that for everyone! I really appreciate it.
:party:Woo Hoo!
I saw my account balance suddenly increase and I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for all your hard work, Tricia!
Hi!
I just wanted to pop in here and say "Hello", again. I started visiting again after a long, make that a very long, absence.
I had quit doing reward programs after our last WDW trip, which was a very long time ago. :(
I realized recently that that was just plain silly! I could have just saved up the earnings or cashed out for Christmas gifts.
On the topic of surverys, I've had some ups and downs with the surveys but overall it's been thumbs up! There've been some with fun topics too!!
I do have a question, do you find the survey options are better at a particular time of day or is that just irrelevant? There've been a few times I haven't been able to get to them until after 11PM. I rarely qualify in that event. I didn't know if that was just a coincindence or if I should make it a higher priority to try them earlier. I could get up earlier and get started but I do love my sleep. :rotfl:
Thanks!!:thanks:
ETA: I think I made an "Oops". I've been trying for the various surveys using my info only. I see now, from a "Tips" thread, that it would have been to my benefit to actually ask DH to be assigned to certain ones instead, in particular the Greenfield v. Your2Cents and SSI v. SSI 2. Is it too late to switch us? I'm presuming the answer is no but there's no harm in asking especially if it keeps another user from making the same mistake.
Welcome back!
I don't think there is necessarily a better time of day to try for surveys. The one exception to that would be Monday mornings are typically bad, as more tend to be loaded later in the day.
As for assigning some surveys to your husband, I'm not sure if SSI will have a problem with that. Someone else might be able to answer better than me on that one. I believe Greenfield will let you switch, but you can only do it once. I'm not sure exactly when you were active, but you cannot use multiple emails anymore with Greenfield. A bunch of people got temporarily banned about 3 years ago until they fixed it. For consistency, I use the same email on all the surveys so I dont' have to figure out whether or not I've done a particular one before.
Is anyone else still having SSI problems? I just let it cycle through 2 tops of the hour after getting the star page upon completion and still haven't gotten credit for one today. Normally wouldn't think too much of it, but if they're having problems again, wanted to see if it could be caught early or if it's just me...
Thanks!
Thank-you so much for the welcome back and the answers. :D
I just went back through my history and it looks like I was fairly active in 2006 and then some in 2007. After that, 2008 and 2009, I wasn't nearly as active. It has been a long time!
I've been using the same email for all my surveys. I was concerned I might forget which one I used where and then get myself in trouble.
Darn! But thanks for your reply! I've never had a problem with SSI before and just thought it was too coincidental that I didn't get credit for the first time ever just after there was some sort of problem going on with them. I'll just give it another try later. Thanks again! :)
haha! Just had to edit this b/c I just tried a SH survey and got one that was literally less than one minute long and it credited immediately! So I guess it all evens out in the long run :)
hmm...my MV hasn't credited yet and it's been 1-1/2 hrs.......anyone else having issues with MV?
It's weird becuase I finished one around 3:40 and that SSI creditted at 4 like mornal.
We've had a fair number of credits come through for SSI today, but that doesn't mean that we can't be missing any. Go ahead and keep taking them and I'll ask them tomorrow to compare our credits to the subids like they did last Friday and see if they owe us any more.
Uh-oh! :( I just completed an SSI survey after trying all day and getting the flag page. I hope it credits at the top of the hour. :wizard:
ETA: My survey did credit at the top of the hour. :)
Took a SSI and should have credited at 5PM and it didnt :(
Ok, heads up...the SSI survey that I finished at 4:30 and didn't credit at the top of the hour....just credited at the top of the second hour....I don't think that has happened to me in a long time. Sometimes when a survey is taken very close to the hour, then I wait for the second hour to see but this survey was taken within plenty of time to credit and no reason for why it didn't? Well, I'm glad it came through!
Sorry to repeat myself, I'm just bumping for the evening crowd. :sunshine:

mine just credit second hour too!
You can change it but only change it once. Don't go back and forth. Once you assign your DH to take a survey - always use his info for that survey especially Greenfield Surveys which includes your2cents. I have DH set up for one of the AMP surveys, the .90 one and I use my info for the 1.15 - we can only take one of these per day but I like the odds of using two different people for these surveys. HTH. :sunshine:
Thank-you so much. :D
Just to make sure I understand, please correct me if I'm wrong,
I can use my personal info and email for MyView, Greenfield, SSI and AMP/MTC (short version).
Then DH can do Your2Cents, SSI2 and Surveyhead with his personal info and email. He can also try AMP/MTC (long version) provided that I did not get credit for the short version within the last 24 hours.
And then we stick with that forever, not changing back ever.
That totals 7 surveys a day, provided we qualify.
Sorry to ask so many questions but I don't want to mess things up for myself or maybe mess things up for other members or Tricia. I would feel just awful if I did.
Don't worry about asking too many questions - we were all newbies at one time! And when I joined we didn't have the forum!!!
Everything you stated sounds correct - I'm not sure about SSI and SSi(2) regarding if you don't get SSI, can your DH try for SSI (2). I think it might credit as an SSI but I'm not sure that you need to worry too much about that!
Good Luck and let me know if you have any more questions. Please feel free to PM me if you don't get a response here in the forum - but we're a friendly bunch and do try to respond to newbie's questions. This may not be the right thread as most people come to report problems they are having and might not read all posts before them and then your post gets lost! :sunshine:
Quickly go to the Survey Head-they have a one minute survey.:sunshine2:
yeah, I'm not getting SH nor SSI this morning. Darn blizzard is taking up all the surveys!
Maybe a lot more people are at home and doing surveys? I would normally be at work right now and instead am doing SR :)
i can't get a SH either :(
i haven't even tried today and i have not gotten a sh since friday. guess sh just does not like me anymore.:rotfl:
cant get SH and keep getting the flag page for SSI again. Only DS and SM for me so far but that is still good.
I just took a SSi-unlike what some of you are reporting, it DID credit. However, it credited as SSi(2). I knew that I had tried SSi first, so I clicked back and sure enough-page is the first one. Yet the credit says "SSi2-$.50".
This happened last week as well.
It's not much in terms of a money difference, but it does make a difference in how I personally track which one(s) I have done for the day. I don't want to mistakenly do the one that I've already received credit for.
And it shouldn't be cookie issue-at least I don't think so. I got a SSi yesterday, credited, used CCleaner and tried SSi(2) multiple times wo getting one.
Any ideas?
The big question: Did you clear cookies between the SSI 2 attempts yesterday and trying for your SSI today? I believe when these were first introduced some people had the same thing happen. It ended up being that whichever link was clicked FIRST after clearing cookies, whether or not they completed a survey, was the one they would get credit for the next time they tried if they did not clear cookies fresh in the morning.
yay finally got SH!
