Well, I got a Live yesterday-but it credited as a MyView?????-I thought the MV link was dead?
Something's wonky with them....
I know....I've been trying to do the opinion central ones....since they are green on the stoplight system....but the last FIVE I have tried....I get through a 20 minute, 80 or so question survey, get to the last classification question....then get an error of "invalid URL" and it says it's a MY VIEW portal....maybe that's why they are not working now... I'M REALLY FRUSTRATED THOUGH!!!!!!! :(
My suggestion would be to stop taking the surveys for awhile. The crediting is completely out of the hands of SR. We can only take what they give us. We've asked the members if they would like us to drop the surveys altogether (because we are willing to do that!) but the members always say "no." But if the surveys make you want to stop using SR, please stop doing the surveys. We have lots of other great things to offer!!!
strange because the new one is always green and has been my go to all the time. I havent had any crediting issues with that one, please dont take that one away :)
2 mornings in a row that Live didnt credit. Today it was on seafood. Very frusterating!
Completed another Live this morning that didn't credit. Was on experiences I have had with substituting something else for a meal. Fairly long and involved, said 20 minutes, took 30. Cleared cookies before I started. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day, browser.
Over 30 surveys (live/MV) since the 1st of the year that I have not gotten credit for. Probably $20 I have earned but not been paid for. Sunshine is being cheated out of Tricia's share too.
I'm done with Live, completed another one tonight, 35 minutes on a ton of brands, screen after screen of boxes to check off, do I think these brands are on their way up, up or down in the future..., took 40 minutes and again no credit, I cleared cookies before I started and again no credit,
Tired of them stealing my answers and nothing being done about it.
And its not just me, lots of other posts about not crediting,

I did Live this morning a PSB, which have been crediting without issue for me, for quite a while now. Today, it did not, and Live is red, something is up on there end again, I would think. I know its not a 24 hour thing for Live, it has not been that at least for in since we got them.

Thanks Trish, I will try later on today again, after I get back from swimming aerobics class. I always try again to see what the deal is, I use another browser and see if I have any luck.

could not get the Live page to launch in either FF or IE this morning before work. tried both browsers and as always cleared cookies/cache before I start anything with them
SH tried to send me into a PSB that would not load, and another one thru Samp would not load either. Some sort of server issue?
I belong to another site that I use for internet searches only and their page would not load either this AM.
Was hoping Live was a 24 hour thing as I can't think of anything else to try, I am losing way too much money and wasting time with all the surveys I am not getting paid on to keep on doing them.
Anyone who did not get a Live credit YESTERDAY or TODAY, please send me your email address that you use to take them ASAP. They are promising to look into it right now. tricia -at- sunshinerewards.com
I took a 2nd Live used a different email address, it credited on the 2nd hr, it was a Harris survey on retirement.

Took a Live today and credited on the 1st hour, thinking yesterday they had issues on there end. It was PSB, which have no issues with crediting lately, until yesterday.

Out of the three surveys I attempted-2 routed back improperly and didn't credit. One was a GF on an upcoming movie that I really wanted to see-straight Toluna on that one-and the other was an IPOS thru MTC on fast food places.
Not my day obviously.....

not qualifying after answering all the questions is bad enough but the "one submission per person" is not acceptable when I have NEVER done this survey before.
Guess I will be staying away from DS, completed another one and ended up with a blank white page. Will report that one too and not doing anymore today. Thought it was red because they didn't have any, maybe something else is wrong

Completed an AMP on TV that didn't credit. Doesn't happen very often that theirs don't credit but still stinks.:mad:
My batting average is one non-crediting survey daily. Complaining in this forum about this inexcusable situation only results in receiving excuses and rationalization. Fellow SR members rise in defense of the SR administrators.
The non-crediting survey companies are the problem, not SR. SR can be part of the solution, and it is clear from all the complaints that changes are needed.
There should be a forum that members are encouraged to access where it is easy to simply list every survey completed that fails to credit. Those survey companies that are the "regular offenders" need to be placed on SR probation for a quarter. If they stop cheating members, they should be removed from probationary status. If they continue to cheat us, they need removed from the list of survey companies.
Survey companies have access to 2014 technology to insure that every completed survey is credited. That is obvious given that some of the SR survey companies always credit promptly. If they can do it, all can do it. It is a disservice to SR members to continue allowing us to be patsies for these non-crediting survey companies. Everyone reading this knows that SR is among the best online reward programs. The challenge is for SR to be the best at being proactive in protecting its valuable SR members, not in defending survey companies that frustrate and anger its members.

I have had trouble with RFG today. The first .50 one I tried was a super short ads survey, only three ads, no slider. But it didn't credit at the end. it just kept saying survey over. I hit next and it would say survey over... Tonight I got into another ad survey, the usual with the slider. Got the congrats page, but no instant credit.
