have you been able to take a survey in the last couple of days or have you gotten a message that says you don't qualify for any surveys? if you are able to take surveys then you are not banned but if not you are. does that make any sense?:sunshine:
I haven't been able to take one since last Friday which isn't unusual. My husband hasn't been able to take one since then either which is very unusual. He takes them at a different site.
So if I understand correctly, I will only receive credit for a survey when it goes back to the Sunshine page?? I spent 20 minutes taking one about grocery shopping - stores, food choices etc then it ended with:
Your Survey Has Been Accepted!

Looking forward to the day we can all do daily surveys again.
I have a question after looking at the new guidelines on the Daily Survey page. It says one survey every 24 hours. Will they be working like OTX and give an error message if we try before a full 24 hours is up for will they still be once each calendar day.
Thanks for the clarification. I think we'll all be walking on eggshells when we do these surveys and I'd rather be safe than sorry and ask questions.

I'm not sure if I'm in the right place, but I will start here....
I have not been able to get to get the surveys to work in the last few months. When I click on the picture, nothing happens....no messages pop up, and my computer doesn't show anything.
I just click, and the website (and computer) sit there like nothing is wrong. Just a dead click.
Is anyone else having this problem and do you know what it might be?

I sent a trouble ticket in this a.m., and Cindy thought I should check out the forums to see what was going on w/Greenfield, but I don't have time to wade thru dozens of threads to see if I've found the right one....there are just too many.
It has always worked for me in the past, and I just got a new HP computer a few weeks ago. Ever since then, I haven't been able to get the surveys.
Everything else works fine and my other rewards sites work fine too, so I don't think it's the new PC that is causing problems.
Also, I haven't done any surveys since December, so I don't think I'm getting banned like people are talking about.
I sent the trouble ticket in because I thought it was a SR tech/website problem, and it seemed to be going on FOREVER.
I haven't downloaded Firefox to this PC yet, but maybe I will and then re-try it.
