Just completed a RFG #1 with no immediate credit. That hasn't happened in awhile. It was a confirmit on all different types of subjects....:confused:
Never credited . . . I had hoped it would since I got the proper completion screen at the end. I could have used that $1 since things are slowing down for the end of the month :cry:Quote:

Same for me completed ads survey with Say so and no credit, with red light, must be something wrong if it happening to several today and yesterday.

Just did another Research for Good, one of the ones with the ads and slider bars, and got the proper completion screen again, and again no credit . . .
Something must be up . . .
I just emailed Research for Good to see what's up. It's normal to have 1 here or there not come through as an error. But we shouldn't see more than 1 or 2 total in a day.
It looks like there might only be 3 of you who are missing credits from today? Does that sound right?
It looks like 3 today, and 1 yesterday which I took 3 on Saturday and all were fine, so the problem must have started on Sunday.

AMp has a new system in place, got lots of ?ds from Ispos on TV station, ended with no completion page, this is what I got, of course I did not close it. Well low and behold it did credit, not sure what to think, did this happen to anyone else?

it can be confusing. sometimes I get the same ending when I don't qualify.The first time I got this ending page and I knew I had completed the survey I figured it would not credit but it did. I very rarely have any problems with AMP crediting and can pretty much tell if I did complete one.Quote:

Turns out RFG changed their IP address without telling us. So they were still capturing the information but it just wasn't getting back to our system. SG is fixing it right now and backcrediting everyone so it should all be back to normal within minutes. :)
RFG is fixed I got the credit from yesterday, thanks good job of responding so fast.

What is with the page once you complete a DS or 2cents, or each time you try to get into a new survey. I get a box with demo's in that go over my page and have to always click cancel. Is everyone getting this, it happened after there server upgrade if I recall right. It is very aggravating, to keep having to click cancel.

got it a few times in April I think. Since the server upgrade my opportunities with GF have continued to drop dramatically. for May I have 4 DS and no SM.:cry::cry:Quote:

second error in the last 4 days with AMP/MTC
getting more and more discouraged with SR lately. surveys that error out after I spend 15-20 minutes or more, can't do DS and SM anymore. :computer:
RFG #1 did NOT credit. It was on ads went to finished page and no credit.
Completed a Live on virtual store shopping for healthy snacks that did not credit. Got the "whoop whoop" page at the end so I know it completed properly.

That's odd. I got the same one this AM and it credited somewhere btw 10 and 20 minutes after the hour. I DID notice that parts of the survey were slow to load at times, making me wonder if I would get to the end without problems. Sorry it didn't credit for you.:confused:Quote:

I hear you. I can't get into DS/SM surveys anymore, either. It's been a couple of years since I did surveys. We've had relatives live here on and off, my working career has changed for both DH and I, and our monthly income has changed since then. Although I'm being honest, I don't think Toluna thinks all these changes are possible, lol! It's life, but probably not to a computerized program. However, I am happy with all the other survey opportunities. It's much better than a couple of years ago, so I'm not going to complain.Quote:

I was wondering if anyone else has been getting this problem? I spent 30-40 minutes on the Greenfield/Toluna Survey and as soon as I get to the end of it and click to the next screen it says I did not qualify for the survey. I can tell I completed the whole thing because of the timer on top of the page. This happened two times to me already.
Also Global Test Market Survey did the same thing to me this morning. I completed the 30 minute survey and as soon as I get to the end it says I did not qualify.
When we have asked the survey companies about this they say that there was some kind of quality issue--either a trick question was answered wrong, it was taken too quickly, etc. It doesn't sound like time was the issue for you though.Quote:
