took a MV on ice tea at subway, completed it and got we are sorry and of course no credit

Something is wrong with MV. I did 2 spaced hours apart tonight and after clearing cookies both times. Both took all my answers, gave me a "thank you" and a "click here to submit your answers" when I got to the end of the survey. When I click it, it comes up "invalid parameters." Very frustrating especially because it has a green light.
One was on soft drinks and one was on technology.

Completed SM, was a commercial, just one for a face cream. took my time and stretched to 20 minutes even though it was not nearly that long. I have never taken a survey before about this product and at the end get the white page with:

MV on technology. I finished, no credit yesterday.
MV on paint that did not credit. I waited 3 hours and when I tried for another it said they couldn't match me to one.
