Thanks Marcy, at least I know it's just me. I have cleared cookies using 3 methods: using internet options, ccleaner and using my Norton 360 software. Still getting error message. I did get the right screen yesterday when I attempted but didn't qualify for a survey.Quote:

what's really weird about all this is that i was able to get into amp much earlier this morning (they didn't have any surveys for me) but for some reason now i can't. i have managed to do pretty well with amp surveys this month so why it is not working now is a mystery to me.:confused:
Marcy, try AMP again. They made me reenter my demos, probably because I noticed they changed a few things on their end. Fine by me! My work status changed a few weeks ago to part time from unemployed, so I think that might be why I'd been having more trouble with them.

Just got my first Surveyhead in a week! It was long, but it did credit. I don't usually have this much trouble with Surveyhead, so I'm glad to get one that I could finish! :clap:
i'm still not able to get an amp today and samplicio is giving me the webpage cannot be displayed page as well as you have clicked on an invalid link. have not been able to get a samplicio since tuesday. oh well, maybe i just wasn't meant to get those 2 surveys today and that's fine. on the bright side i was able to get the other ones today so i am happy about that. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today and if you find the answer to the amp and samplicio problems please share your knowledge.:sunshine:
I just came here to report that amp wanted me to put in my demos again-and-yay-I'm not alone. Glad it isn't just something weird for me.

pam-i totally feel your pain. how much time do you wait between the time the first one credits and when you take the the 2nd ssi survey? does that make sense? i usually wait a couple of hours after the first one has credited to do the second one and so far that seems to work for me as i have gotten credit for both. try that and see if that will work better for you. hth.:sunshine:
It had been several hours between the two as I couldn't get the second survey right away. Don't think that's the problem in my case? Strange that all of a sudden I'm having problems where I didn't before.Quote:

I don't know if it makes a difference but after every software update I check the list of cookie exceptions in my browsers and check to be sure that the ones for SR surveys are still there. If not, I copy and paste the URL's in again.
i don't mean to sound like i am complaining (and i apologize if it comes across that way) but i still can't get into amp or samplicio surveys. amp keeps coming up with a white page saying either done on the bottom or error on page and samplicio says that i have clicked on an invalid link. nothing has changed on my computer as i have managed to get other surveys (and they have credited) so i do not understand why this is happening to me again.:confused: i clear cookies, reboot my computer and i still can't do either one of these. what am i doing wrong? if someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. :thanks:
Marcy, I just had the same thing come up for AMP, just a blank white page. I'm not going to worry about it for now, but I am also not going to be able to try for surveys tomorrow or Monday morning. I'm hoping that leaving it alone for a day or two will help it work its problems out. I'll let you know if it does.
I'm getting the white page now too but it was working ok earlier this morning...I think it just means there is no surveys available...I'm not going to worry about it either for now and see what happens in a few days when they add more surveys.

i haven't been able to get an amp since thursday morning. all i keep getting is the white page which i guess means that there are no new surveys available. hopefully amp will add some new surveys this week so that i can get back into the groove for doing them.

I a thinking with amp, since we all had to do the demographics again, that they are doing a system upgrade. Could be they are trying like GF to make it harder, than it already is to get through a survey. Makes sense when you think about it.

Once again, thank goodness for this thread. I keep getting the exact same messages as Marcy-on both amp and the new samplico. Hopefully it's fixed soon-because nothing has changed on my end.
yup, Amp problems here too. Good to know it's not just me.....
Did finally manage a Samplicious......however the other surveys are being unfriendly as is the norm for me anymore! :rolleyes: If I can get 2 in a day, I count it a lucky day! :)
I don't do an amp survey all the time, but this morning I tried the long survey. You could see it was trying to load, but then went to the white screen. After repeated tries, I just clicked on the shorter version and had no problems whatsoever, finished and got credit. Don't know if it was luck or not, but I DO think amp is having loading problems.
today is day number 4 that i still can't get an amp survey as i continue to get the white page. oh well, you win some, you lose some. maybe one day amp will fix this problem and we all can start doing them again. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

I took a chance on the SSI pretzel survey and it still had the error message. I know I'm desperate when I continue with surveys with known technical problems ;)
I think because they are so hard to come by lately we take them hoping they will credit! I have never had such a bad run at surveys since being a member!
I opened a TT about this problem and Tricia said she has been sending them messages, and will send one again today. The problem is definitely noticed on her end. I guess we'll all just have to sit tight and wait for Tricia to get it resolved. HTHQuote:
