all right, this is really weird, because I cannot get anything to load in either Firefox or IE - whether it be the GF surveys, OTX, or any of several offers that I clicked on to see if they would work; this is happening in both browsers????
I thought maybe it was a problem on Greenfields end since I can't get into the daily or super member survey but now I get the same thing with OTX also. I guess I'll go try some offers since surveys aren't looking good today. That's the great thing about SR- there's other ways to make money. (Maybe I'll do some shopping while I'm at it too!)
I am having the same thing happen. I am on IE as well. Tried from both home and work and nada.

I have been given a movie survey, several times, this wk. It is a DS thru psb or pbs. At any rate, I am told that it can not be done on IE 8 so I switch over to FireFox and do fine until I get to the movie video that just will not load. I emailed psb, thru the link at the bottom of the page.
This is the third time this has happened to me in the last few weeks... after completing a survey, instead of going back to the SR congrats screen, I get this message
"Connection: close Cache-Control: no-cache Pragma: no-cache"
Todays was for different drinks and foods at a popular coffee place.
i've gotten that message a couple of times on my ds and sm and i hit refresh and i get the congrats page. did you try refreshing the page? it seems to work for me. HTH and i am so sorry that this is happening to you.:sunshine:

I just finished a survey about a major discount retailer partnering with a well-known computer company to offer technical/repair services and it ended on a white screen. Has anyone had this one and did it end up crediting? I never know whether to try again when this happens.

I just got the same thing, and as a matter of fact, all 3 surveys I did this weekend ended by not redirecting me back to SR. I hope they credit. :)

i am so sorry that all of you are having this problem. has anyone reported this problem to gf so that they know about it? sometimes when you report this kind of problem you might get credit for the survey - that all depends on gf. again i am sorry that this is happening to you all. keep smiling.:sunshine:
I got that page as well. I think I remember Tricia saying that anytime we get a congrats screen we stop. That those are the credits that show up sometimes as doubles.
I just got this one as well. I did notice that the green check mark was in the address bar, so it looks like it might have been received by Greenfield.
I had one this weekend that took me to a blank page (no thank you at all, not just no SR page), but the green check mark was in the status bar. If it credits, I won't try another one today and will hope that this one will credit. If it doesn't, I'm not sure what I'll do today. The credit might come in later, and I don't want it to appear that I am trying to get more than one survey each day, but I need lots of help to make SM this quarter and don't want to miss an opportunity either. I think the official word is to stop if you get a thank you - I'll have to go look that up.

the survey was to be about credit cards. did report this to gf.
Just wanted to update - I did not get credit for the survey yesterday that did not go back to SR (about a retailer partnering with a computer company to offer services), and I didn't get credit for the survey Saturday that went to a blank page but had a green check mark in the address bar (about a movie). Maybe they will come through later.
