Yesterday definitely looks like it was a crappy survey day. We had half the number of completions that we had on Saturday, and even 40 less than we had last Sunday. About 20 people have already hit the 10 survey bonus. About another 25 are right there with 9. I don't know how some of you are doing it! I didn't qualify at all on either Saturday or Sunday. Hopefully today will be a typical Monday and we'll have good surveys again. Although Tuesday actually seems to be our best day. Maybe they load new ones late on Monday?

Yay! As of today I am 11 for 11. I think I just might be able to hit that goal of a survey everyday this month.

When I click on the "start survey" button, this is the message on the page popping up.

Im not sure why it did that to you guys because I took this one on Saturday and got to the completed page and got credit. I also had that silly work clothes survey yesterday but made it through somehow and got credit. All is not lost there is hope for some of these survey. I am so sorry that some of you are having some major issues. I seem to have been having some luck since we started using DH demographics. Here is some Pixie Dust that the rest of the week surveys go much smoother for everyone.

I was getting that message a lot over the past 24 hours - I would just clear cookies and it seemed to go away. Then I just get the no surveys available page :computer:

It takes 2 minutes after I click "Take Survey" to even get the "no surveys for you" message. Could it be technical problems with the site???

I have only managed to get 3 so far this month. Usually I only get a few that tell me I don't qualify and then it goes to the no survey available message most days. Many days it doesn't even give me any before the no survey available message. I do check back throughout the day also. I probably won't even make it to the 10 for the month.
I got my DH to agree to a mom's only WDW trip and I need the credits.lol

I don't know how you do it!! Amazing. I have not been able to get in for days. I can't wait for some different surveys. I thought at first I could get 20 now I hope I can get just 10 surveys.

I think including today I am 8 out of 11. It would of been 9 out of 11, but I didn't get credit for one survey....I completed it (it was one that had the picture of a penguin) but it never took me back to the SR survey completion page. I probably won't hit 25, but will give it one heck of a shot!

The cookies make sense. I switched computers and now I'm just getting the "no surveys available" message.

I'm $3.80 from being a SM and trying to get in to these surveys is driving me crazy :headache:

I couldn't get one yesterday either. I spent most of the day trying. I even stayed up and tried after 1 a.m. when it's usually pretty easy, but there were none available after the one that shut off after it was about 97% done and said come back later! Very frustrating! No luck this morning...:(

I didn't get credit for one yesterday (Sunday) but I can't remember if I finished one or not?....I'm having so much trouble trying to even get one lately and today it keeps telling me that there are no surveys available for me.....or hubby and son for that matter!! :rotfl:

I had the clothes one as well this weekend. It made me so mad that I spent so much time on it and then I did not qualify. :computer:

Ever since yesterday I am getting "no surveys", even when I enter DH's info. Ugh!

I am getting the same error today. Then once I got a "we are having technical issues" message.

I kept getting this all last night...that's why I never finished a survey for yesterday....first time I missed taking one in a long time! :(

Sounds like quite a few people (based on all the different threads) got sucked into the children's clothes one yesterday and didn't get credit/were told didn't qualify at the end. :computer:

I'm aiming for the 10 survey level right now. I've kinda gotten burnt out on surveys so I want to take a break so I can go at full speed once July and the new quarter hits.

Yes, I'm getting a "Page Cannot Be found" message after clicking through from my survey profile page. This is extremely frustrating - these isssues hardly ever happened before, but now there's a survey contest going on and we can't even access the surveys to take them! Grrrrr!:computer:

I was able to complete a survey just a few minutes ago! :sunshine:

I finally was able to get in a little while ago. I'm now 11 for 11.

I never managed to get one Sunday either. I have an early teen son, a late teen son, an early 20s son and a middle-aged DH, but none of us could get one.

So far I've not got one today either, but I won't be trying the rest of the family until later.

For an hour, I've been getting an error page that keeps telling me "we are experiencing technical difficulties, try again later." Then just now, I got a page that says this:

I'm getting both of those error messages all day today. I'm going to try again later from home.

I managed to get credit for that kid's clothing one last week...

But on the other hand, I didn't get a single survey Saturday and Sunday, using anything (hubby is multi-racial so he has some leeway in that question). :confused:

I just heard that they are working on the Survey router. It should be fixed soon. :)

Also, for those of you who successfully completed the CREST or the CHILDREN'S CLOTHES surveys last week, open up a trouble ticket with the date that you completed it and I will see about getting those credits. It looks like it should not be a problem.

FINALLY!!! finished a survey, it has never taken me so long in a day to qualify for one, phew, I'm glad that's over with!!! The survey site was either telling me it was having technical difficulties or it said there were no surveys available? I don't like taking a survey so late in the day....I like to get it done and over with early in the morning so I don't have to think about it, oh well! Another day, another .80 cents! :)

OMG.....I just spend over 20 minutes on a survey about liquid body washes, bar soaps and liquid hand soaps....and then it gave me an error message! Can I submit a trouble ticket for this one??? :computer: I was so excited to FINALLY qualify for a survey today and then this happened. :(


this is the error message:

The only time that I can take trouble tickets is if we have system-wide problems with certain surveys and then I talk to the survey people about getting credits in advance of telling everyone to file the tickets (as opposed to the "dispute" process we have for getting credits on individual offers for specific people with everything else that we do). If you can't get another survey today and we see a bunch of problems come out of the maintenance they did today, I may be able to get some credits for people.

Does that make sense? It's really backward of how we usually get credit for people when things don't work. :confused:

After trying NUMEROUS times throughout the day, my husband finally just completed a survey - yahoo!!!! :cooldance:

I just got an email that they have fixed the router issue.

I finally got one this afternoon. whooooo.

Anyways, can you do more than one survey in a day?

You can continue to attempt surveys until you get the congratulations message for completing one. You then have to wait 24 hours before you can attempt another one.

I FINALLY got one this afternoon!! Yippeeee!! :cooldance:

You can only do one survey every 24 hours. So if say you do one at 5:30pm today, you can't do another one until after 5:30pm tomorrow.

It's NOT per calendar day....like one survey on 6/11, one on 6/12, etc.

Make sense??

I finally got one after 7 tries today! I've done them less than 24 hours apart and gotten credit.

Ugh! After trying literally ALL DAY, I finally got a survey about body washes with my BF's demographics. Of course, I had to yell the answers out to him while he sat across the room. What a pain. Oh well, at least I am qualified for the 10 survey bonus now! At least that's something, right? 10 down, 15 to go! :sunshine:
