I took this one and did not get credit.
I took the hair care one yesterday and did not get credit for it. It took such a long time too :(
I just got the hair care one too - but it froze after I answered a few ?s. Refreshed it, and it started over, froze in the same place again. Then I got kicked out of another one, and no more options for me.:( Maybe I'll just have to take a day off - a few more cents isn't going to get me back on the big board anyway the way people have been shopping! lol
I'm not sure of course, but I doubt that reporting things to greenfield will ever get us credit, but it helps them to yank the survey or fix it, or whatever, and that helps us in a way... I've written to them a few times about things, and they are always very nice to me, though they don't give me credit.

This is a new one! I'm used to seeing surveys closed before I get a chance to do anything, and that sort of issue. But this is really specific!

Considering that all I did was click on the >> button when it told me too, that's really interesting that it knows what individuals like me are! :rotfl:
I am very new to this and have a few questions. I did the daily survey and I did not get credited for it. A page said congratulations I had completed the survey but I never got credit for it. Not sure if I am doing something wrong. Thank you for any advise I can get!
What time did you complete the survey?
Surveys credit the next day, usually 9:30am or 12:30pm EST. So a survey you did today won't credit until one of those times tomorrow.
