I just completed that one as a SM survey. I thought they asked WAY too much personal information. I don't mind checking whether I have a visa, mastercard, savings account, checking account, etc. but they went beyond that and asked where the cards were held, down the the towns.
Then they asked about the balances in my checking, savings and money market accounts. I have never taken a survey before where I checked refused to answer but on this one I did. I felt they it was none of their business and way too personal.
When asked my address, I gave the town and zipcode but not my street address. If they want to take their credit back, so be it, but with all the other personal information they asked, that gave me a very uneasy feeling.
I made a comment at the end that I thought they asked way too much personal information on that survey.
