I think the software survey yall are getting is thru Keynote which is a reputable survey company. I do surveys through their site all the time and have had no issues with the software they have you put on your computer. I will say though that their surveys are not short (30-45 minutes each) so it might not be worth 80 cents if you can get something else but thru them it is worth the amount they pay.
The survey I got was definitely not from Keynote. I've done plenty of them without any problems. This one was Click***************, I did download it, have not had any problems, but also did not get taken to the SR screen. It asks that you keep it a minimum of 30 days, so I'm not too sure what it does. I'm not home so I downloaded on my laptop that I use when away. This only gets used on the weekends, so I'm not too worried about it copying personal info. However, I hate taking surveys that thank you for your answers then don't take you to the SR Congrats page. I was excited when i logged on today and saw all of the option i had....however, I cannot get a single survey!!
I FINALLY got a survey today! I started with a lot of options like many of you, then I got down to None of the Above and "We're sorry - we have no new surveys." I can't miss too many days if I hope to get the big bonus (and I missed yesterday), so I kept at it. It has taken all day, but I finally got one about different food products, even though I clicked None of the Above. Keep trying everyone! :sunshine:

I've been able to get one each day this weekend which is surprising. I've been hit or miss this month.
Fri- it was one for my 6yo daughter. But I can't recall what the product was. I think it was about what movies she'd ask to see in the theatres, but I could be confusing it with another one.
Sat- wine
Sun- online/in store shopping habits

Click the option to restore to a previous point, don't worry, you can back out. It will bring up a calendar of the dates your system did check points...see if there is one close to before you did the install.
Note, you will need to re-install any programs you did after the survey install, but your files, pictures, emails etc. will still be ok.
(You can read up on it at microsoft if you are not sure / uneasy about it...)
