The actual number of credits are about the same or maybe down just a smidge. But more importantly, the number of COMPLAINTS are way down!! LOL

You're absolutely right! I don't read the complaint threads too much, but now that I think about it, I haven't noticed them being so prominent whenever I sign in to the forum. People must be happier!

I am loving it! Very helpful and it leads me in the direction of where to begin with the surveys.
