I got two survey credits today, although I only did one survey yesterday. Maybe it was the Monday retailer survey. Did anyone else see a double today, and did you do the retailer one on Monday?

I got two credits today and had done the retailer one Monday. I figured that was it.
Got another one that I am unsure about. It was about organic breakfast cereals and products. I completed the survey, and it registered me for a panel. I completed everything, but was not sent back to the SR page. Instead, was sent to the company's homepage. I had the green check in the URL box. I did send a report to GF, but I am not sure if it will credit. I am glad I got the double credit today!
I got stuck on a fiber survey today - the continue button stayed grayed out after I watched a commercial. I reported it under the SR link, but after I copied and pasted the webpage, the survey fixed itself and I was able to continue and get the congrats page.
I'm not sure how to "unreport" a survey, so I wanted to let someone know that I reported it but I was able to finish after the report.
In case anyone else gets stuck, I refreshed and watched the commercial again two more times - it didn't help. When I highlighted the page and copied it, the continue button appeared. It may have just been that the page was extremely slow to load, but the other commercials loaded fine.
I'm hoping somebody can help me figure out why I can't even take a survey. I log in to my account, then click the on the daily opinion survey under the "earn daily" tab. I click on the Greenfield logo that says click here and it takes me to the "tell us about yourself " page, I enter my info, click "start survey" and then all I get is a blank screen. No error message, nothing, just blank. I can't even start to take a survey. I am on a Mac using Safari, and I tried in Firefox too, but the same thing happens. Is there something I need to install/uninstall?? I am not very computer literate so I appreciate any help.

I have one computer at home that won't let me take surveys either. Don't know why but it won't even allow me in. Do you have another computer to try it on?
This happened to me a few weeks ago. It went on for 3 days until someone posted on here about getting an email from Greenfield saying if there is spyware on your computer you will not be able to get in. I got that one too. I don't think these credit, but I can't be sure.
I was just coming to ask this same question, and you have answered it. GF puts this survey on most weekends, I have done it a couple of times, it never goes back to the SR page, and it does not credit, from what I can figure out. No matter how much time you spend of them, it does not work. Maybe tthe SR staff might have some suggestion for this survey. I was not going to waste my time again on it, until I asked here if anyone else had this same issue with this survey. I guess unless they put more in we are out of luck today.

My DD had the same (or similar) survey this morning - they asked for a child to fill it out, so it might not be the same one. It went back to a white thank you page. I had one that went to a white page a few weeks ago and it never credited. I'll probably try to get one later since I think the one she did won't credit. I did report it as a problem, although I'm not sure it counts as a problem since there was a thank you and GF probably got its info from it.
it's probably the same one-DD and i did it (she gave answers, i did the typing, b/c i'm much faster) and we got a generic black & white thank you page at the end. ugh, ok, thanks everyone, i'll try for another one later.Quote:

That survey died even earlier for my son -- the trailer wouldn't load. That's happened a couple times for us recently on movie surveys.

This one just asked me to download a program for them to measure my computer hardware capabilities. I reported it to GF, but figured I would psot here as well.
I had one similar this morning (was it gaming related). Since it was from GF and they had uninstall instructions I went ahead and did it and then uninstalled in the end. No major issues from it.Quote:

Yesterday's OTX survey didn't credit either because apparently I took too long to analyze every page and at the end when I was done, it timed out.:confused: I think I was multitasking and watching the Bachelor at the same time.

Just tried a survey for a kid's movie. When I clicked on Show Video, it wouldn't load and it shut my browser down! :(
Count yourself lucky, because if it had loaded, you would have spent 15 min. answering questions only to get the generic thank you page that doesn't take you back to SR or Credit. :( Happened to me this AM again.Quote:

I just had a somewhat long one w/ all questions about video games & where played. I thought it was at the end since it asked the demographic questions, then popped up a screen to download something, telling me I will not get credit for the survey until I did it. I didn't do it - closed out of it.

the surveys keep booting me out before they even get started :( i don't even get to put in my age, i just get the first screen that tells me to maximize my browser (it is) and click the arrow, and i'm back to the SR page. third or fourth time today that's happened.
