Took a 2nd GF-which it shouldn't have let me do if the first one went thru, right?-and an SM which both should have credited at 6pm(mountain) here. Nada.
I'm outta here until tomorrow-too frustrating.....
For now my best suggestion is just to stay clear of the GF surveys because they will not respond to any emails after business hours. That means the regular GF as well as the second one. I would stick with the other 8 for the contest just to be on the safe side. Hopefully they will import any missing credits for us tomorrow (they usually do) but I understand it will not help for the contest. If I get word from them that there ARE missing credits and they are going to import them, I'll extend the time everyone can post their entries to compensate for it.

If I were you I would go in and do a serious cleaning. What browser are you using? I just had an AMP credit last hour so I know they are crediting. That is a lot of surveys not crediting for you and they are all on different networks so it is very strange. There is something up on your computer and unfortunately I don't know how to tell you to fix it. I would start with running a scan and cleaning. Try changing browsers. I can't use Internet Explorer to do SR anymore but now with Firefox most everything credits. Sorry it has been a tough day. Hopefully a deep clean and some rest will do the trick and tomorrow will be better.
I dont think it is anything to do with cleaning the computer. I do a "deep" clean as you say every night and I had 4 that didnt credit last night and on average 2 per day that dont credit, there are some major issues NOT with individual computers
let me update my frusteration my SSI 2 did NOT credit either so now that is ONE for the whole night!
My GF survey that I took today did not credit, I never have a problem with this one and another survey didn't credit either but I can't remember which one it was, I tried all of them today.
I use FF for SR, just works better for me, I use Ccleaner at least twice a day (after SSI and when I shut down for the night). Because I have had so many issues with surveys not crediting the last 24 hours, I have used cleaned more often then usual; waiting 2 hours for the missing credits to show up. My browser is cleaner than it has ever been.Quote:

Unfortunately the numbers are not saying that there is a major problem. The numbers are saying that the surveys are crediting. I had a Daily Survey not credit and then I took another and it the next one did. Greenfield is going to say that there was an issue on my end because the next one and the large majority of the others did. The rest of the surveys I took today (6 of them) all credited as expected. We can't go to the survey companies and say that we have some surveys not crediting when they can point to the numbers and show us the large majority that are. I know it sucks but that is what it is. I am sure that Tricia reported it to them but since it is different surveys that it is happening with and different members there is not much luck they are going to see it as a "major problem" because the 5 or 6 members we have that are saying they didn't get credit are a small percentage of the people who are taking their surveys all day long. Especially since there is only one red survey and that is the long AMP which means that the majority of people taking the rest of the surveys are getting credit for them. Could it be flukey surveys? Perhaps but the only way to get rid of those is to report them and the new system of putting a captcha at the beginning and end makes it hard for us to get the url for those. I wish there was more that we could do...truly I do because the more money you make, the money Tricia makes, the more contests and prizes and percent increases she can give the rest of us. We all want 100% crediting (or as close as we can get). Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
Have you run and AVG or similar that would get any adware that CCleaner will not get? I got a warning yesterday after doing surveys that there was a threat on my computer. Luckily AVG caught it and I was able to delete it. We would like to believe all of the sites we visit on surveys are trustworthy but we just don't know. I was trying to give you some suggestions so we know we have done everything we can. That is a lot of surveys for one person to not have credit when the numbers say the surveys are crediting fine. I guess we can just blame it on SR, the survey companies, the end of the month...whatever we want but in the end the result is the same. We can't get credits if the numbers say that the surveys are crediting for most of the people taking them. :cry:Quote:

Except for GF it might be worth it to wait the extra hour. I completed AMP ~ 8:15 and it just credited at 10PM; can't remember one of theirs taking so long! :clap:
I took a Greenfield last night and tonight, completed them both, received the congratulations page both times but no credit. Hmmm... am I not getting credit because when I have to put the code in at the end I'm entering it wrong maybe?
DH also completed GF surveys yesterday and today and did not receive credit. He got to the code page, entered the code, and was directed to the Congratulations page but no credit.Quote:

- Credits are still coming in. Not sure how long it will take them to catch up.
- If you get a credit that is dated today, do not do that same survey again today. Sometimes they date them wrong. :(

I also just took a DS before 3pm and didnt credit at 3 nor 4.
Has anybody else been having a problem with surveys lately or is it just me? I either cannot qualify or I'll be taking one for about 10 minutes thinking I'm going to complete it & all of a sudden it'll kick me out with a 'this survey has been filled' message. SO FRUSTRATING! Just needed to vent. I haven't been having any luck with surveys on this site lately. :(
just took one and they asked for my phone # to do a 30 min follow, put my # just to get the flag page, so now they got my answers and my phone # with no credit!
Totally feel your pain probably had about 10 since yesterday with that happening. when you only have a small window on time to do surveys and you take the time to give your opinion to not be rewarded very frusterating!!
Anyone having an issue with getting credit for their surveys? Not sure if the problem from a few days ago has been fixed. I've did one yesterday and 2 today and no credit - they usually appear instantly. I'm using FireFox.

DH completed a SSI2 this morning that did not credit. He had several SSI2 surveys last month that were completed but did not credit.
I complete two surveys on Wed and did not get credit.
Today I completed the MTC Long and no credit.
Is this an on going problem? How long do we wait for credit?
Or does it ever appear?
