I put some links in my no credit entry.
The online moderator's name was Jennafer with an "an" instead of "i" in the middle of her name. She said her favorite movie was The Philadelphia Story.
I just completed this food survey today and didn't receive a credit. I had the same moderator, Jennafer. It took me about 63 minutes to complete... I'll post my completed link in the no-credit entry.
I completed a survey that said 20 minutes .80 okay when it credit but it credit at .30, never had that happen before it was on beauty services.

Emailed them just now. A lot of time when it is a "community" type survey, they tell me that we do not get the credits until the whole survey has been closed. And we have usually gotten them in the past when they say that.Quote:

I waited to see if this one would credit before I posted anything. It didn't. It was the 2nd one in so I don't know the title or the reward amount but it was on alternate powered vehicles and was 25 minutes long. At the end, it went to a white page with the "survey downline" logo on it in blue and the words "congratulations you have completed the survey and will receive your reward" in green(just like it used to) but never routed back to SR and therefore never credited.
Those of you who are doing this company's surveys-what kind of completion screen are you getting? Has it changed?
Took this 31 minute survey from opinion bar. long and at the end got his page, at first I thought it does not look right, sure enough did not credit. Beware.

I had 2 credits in my account this morning ( .60 and .80) that was a pleasant surprise.
no $1.80 credit from the community one I did on Monday and no other members have posted about that survey, still hopeful that the credit will come through.

As far as the communities go, they do not even look into them for us anymore because they just expect that we will get the credits later. The only ones I can really check on are the ones with technical malfunctions where we should have gotten credit and did not.

There should be a next button to click. But if that is not appearing they should contact that gongos support email on that page bc that is client survey related. However, even if they click that, they won’t be rewarded yet. They have to create a username/password for the community and incentives are uploaded monthly so they won’t receive their incentive until the month closes out. So if they participated in December, they won’t get rewarded likely until the first few days in January.

So frustrating when big money surveys are posted and you start the survey and they kick you out, but then give you another one, that last forever and get .50. So frustrating.

I tried IE and FF last night and had the same problem in both. Some do load but more the 50% do not
