I got the same thing on that one.

I just took a survey on a frozen yogurt, granola and fresh fruit sandwich that ended on a generic white page thank you.

I just took a survey on the breakfast sandwich too and this is what I got.

This may sound stupid, but how do i report it if the page goes off and brought me to google? The report page wants the url and copy and paste last page but how can I do that when it took me to Google?

Me too.....bummer.

I was doing an OTX about differnet types of computer mice/mouse and then it started asking if I was a homeowner, did I have children under 17, etc. etc. and then it went to a screen which said I had timed out. When I tried to refresh it just want to a blank screen. Very very weird!!!

Bad day for surveys for me. My 14-year-old son got one on a movie from our favorite entertainment company -- like always with the movie surveys from that company, it ended on a white page. I reported it but decided to try another one since credit for that one is doubtful. Guess what I got -- the yogurt breakfast!~:rotfl::rotfl:

Same thing has happened to me a couple times. I just reported it without the url. I described what the survey was about and where/how it ended. Don't know if that's what they want, but I couldn't think of anything else to do.

When that happens to me, I open another window, log onto SR through that window, go to the GF report place, and then paste in the URL and ending page I got. Then I just sign out of SR from the new window and go back to using my other window. Works for me.
