I think their tracking software is messed up. They send me to the same dozen or so surveys every day first and I get a flag page on them all. I'm pretty sure the flag page just means you've already taken it or been kicked out, so I'm fine with them getting all those surveys out of the way up front.
Personally, I'd much rather be kicked out with the flag page or some other means like that up front rather than after I'm halfway into the survey. That's a big reason why I have no problem with the flag page!
Is something up with Greenfield or is it just me? The green light is on but everytime I try to get a DS I get the "sorry we have no new surveys for you please try tomorrow". That is something I usually only get after trying a bunch and not qualifying or if I already took one but I haven't done either of those today. I was wondering if it was just me.
I'm getting that now, too. However, earlier this morning I was permitted to try multiple times, albeit unsuccessful at finishing any survey. I have since cleared cookies and tried from time to time. I think they just do not have any new surveys in my demographics at this time. I'll try again later.
Thanks for letting me know! I thought that probably was the case, but GF is usually one I can always at least get a few attempts on before it says no surveys. Just wanted to make sure I hadn't done something wrong.
those of you who are trying to get a DS....try again after 8:00 pm ET. i don't know why, but whenever i run out of options, if i try again after 8:00pm ET, i have options again. just a suggestion :)
did a SH survey about evaluatioing an educational website for children, at the end it sends you to the website, not back to SR and no credit.
I got this survey earlier today as well. But at the end of it I opted NOT to go check out their website, it thanked me and did not route back to SR, but when I checked, it actually did credit...first time that a SH has ever credited when not re-routing back to SR for me.

Completed an SSI about tires,when I clicked to submit, it went to a new flag page that I don't think I have seen before. No credit.

Just completed a survey for sit down restaurants chains and after completing 20 minutes worth of questions, I got to the last "for classification only" questions and got an "oops. We are having technical difficulties" message and no credit. I have only been able to complete 2 surveys today :headache:

Watch out for the MyView survey that requires you to watch a tv show. It is an hour long show and when I was finishing it up it froze up and of course on refresh it starts the darn show over again. I gave up.
Yeah I started that one last night and it wouldn't go any further after it got to the end of the progress bar at the bottom, probably only watched about 10 minutes of it and it stopped and you couldn't continue it, no button anywhere except to start it over. I clicked off of it too. :(
just tried to do a samplicio and the first question asked me how familiar i was with certain brands so i checked off the ones i knew and hit the next button and the page just sat there for 5 minutes - not moving at all. refreshed the page and another page came up saying i had clicked on an invalid link. went in deleted the cookies and tried again and now samplicio says i don't qualify for any of their surveys at this time. oh well, you win you lose some. guess i can try again later and if i get one great, if not that's okay too. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:
Is anyone having a problem with GF not routing back to SR? This happened to me on Sat and again today!

I am starting to get so frustrated - I have almost 4.00 I have lost in the last 9 days with surveys not rerouting back :(
I just did another long survey through SH and got the "oops. We are having technical difficulties" message just as I was finishing and no credit.
I'm getting frustrated too. And I have hardly qualified for anything in the last 2 days and when I finally get one, I can't get credit. :headache:

This just happened to me too! It was a SH survey about buying new cars. I answered a ton of questions and they had security questions throughout click 10 strongly agree here, click 5 here etc. I got to the end and it was asking some categorizing questions and then it went to the Oops page!!!!
"Oops!Our system encountered an unexpected error while processing your survey. The error has been logged. We will work to resolve the problem as soon as possible. "

SH-me too. Happened this morning and then again just now. Survey about buying cars. I was about 20% into the survey and got this same error:
"Oops!
Our system encountered an unexpected error while processing your survey. The error has been logged. We will work to resolve the problem as soon as possible."
If you have an issue with Greenfield surveys, you can use our link on our page to report them to me and I can try to get credits for them. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Unfortunately, SurveyHead does not do the same thing for us. :( It does look like credits are coming in for all of the surveys over the last couple of hours.

i am not having good luck today with amp today. i'll start a survey, get told i don't qualify, get the page that says thanks for trying but when i try to take another survey i get the this is embarrassing page. so i then go in, delete the cookies and try again and i still get the this is embarrassing page. oh well, you win some, you lose some. maybe i'll try again later and if i get one that would be great, if not that's okay too. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:
I have not had a problem with SH but last night about 9:45pm I dd a SSI because it was a "green light". Before I did the survey I cleaned out my cookies and took the survey. I was able to to rate the survey at the end & was told that "thank-you for taking the survey" etc. Well I was not credited immediately last night, even though it was a "green light" and a few minutes ago when I signed on, I still did not have the credit for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so sick & tired of this!!!!! Very frustrated to give so much of my time to do these surveys and then not get credit for them. It would not be bad if it was once in a while, but this happens to me almost everyday with one survey one day, another one another day. What is up with this????? I really do not think it is my computer because this did not happen when I first started doing these surveys!!!!!!
qzcaroline-was the survey u did a sh or an ssi? sh credits immediately and ssi credits on the hour (sometimes on the 2nd hour). i totally understand your frustration (as i have been in the same position as you) so maybe it is just time to take a short break from surveys for a little while (i did that also) and hopefully it will get better. keep smiling and just remember it will get better - i promise.:sunshine:
I also had an SSI2 (and also a SM survey) from around the same time last night that never credited. I made sure to clear cookies before. Oh well, you win some, you lose some. The last time I had these not credit on the hour (or the second hour), when I logged in the next morning, they were there. No such luck this time. :(
okay, i got all the way through an SSI survey, and after i did the demographic questions at the end (which i'd also done at the beginning, hmmm), it told me i didn't qualify! :computer: i'm sorry, but i think that stinks. if you're going to disqualify someone, do it before they answer your survey and give you all the data you're looking for. in my mind, that's cheating.
@Mercymajor-It was an SSI survey for .60. Thanks for the "pep talk" and I am glad that there are others who are frustrated also. Maybe I should take a break, which would be too bad because I just became a super member and am trying to stay in that status. I think that is why I get so frustrated when I do not receive credit because I want to stay in the S/M status. We will see what I decide to do. Thank you again and have a great day!!!

There is a survey running through the Greenfield and Y2C survey companies that ask if you are willing to download a plug-in. The plug-in is from the Keynote survey company and they are legit. I've been with them for years. So if you run across it just know that it won't mess anything up.
i did a sh this morning about buying a new car and i was about 70% done with it when instead of going to the next page it just sat there and the page froze up. waited a few seconds and hit refresh and luckily it went to the next page and i was eventually able to finish it and it credited. had me a little worried for a while if this is the same survey some people were talking about the last couple of days. if you get this survey and this happens to you, hit refresh and it should go to the next page.
