Survey problems or questions etc.

i think my survey gods have deserted me this morning.:rotfl: so far this morning i have tried 6 surveys and have either been told i don't qualify for any of them, got 2 error messages on my ds, or they don't have any new surveys for me today. have not been able to complete even one survey today. oh well, you win some you lose some and some survey days are better than others. i think i might just take the day off from surveys today and try again tomorrow and hopefully all these survey companies will add some new surveys. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

Completed SH, it routed back correctly but did not credit.

Seems like there is a problem with multiple surveys. A couple of people have posted that surveys are not crediting and the DS errors Marcy posted about I had too.

i'm getting DS errors as well, and just got a technical difficulties message. guess i'll try back later.

just tried to do a sh and the first one i got into gave me an error, then it sent me to a page that looked like the demos page for a ds so i exited out of that, then it went to an amp and i exited out of that one also and when i tried again it re-routed back to sr so that means no new surveys from sh this morning for me. oh well, guess i can try again later.

Is anyone having a problem with Give Us Your 2 Cents no crediting?

Two days in a row now, I have taken their surveys and no credits.
Any suggestions?

Not today, but I completed 3 on Sunday that did not credit. Only suggestion I have is any updates to your computer this week? Check your cookie settings? Try another browser (FF works so much better for me).

Its frustrating when they don't credit and you can't figure out why.

My SM survey did not credit today either! Very unusual for that to happen? :(

just tried to do a sh and it said it was routing me to a survey but instead it routed me to sh's log in page. went in, deleted the cookies and tried again and this time it just re-routed back to sr. oh well, you win some, you lose some. guess i can try again later and hopefully sh will add some new surveys as the day goes on. if i get one that would be great, if not, that's okay too. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

I don't understand what is happening.
Seems like for the last week or so, I have several surveys everyday that do not credit.
This morning I took Greenfield. It's been a few hours and nothing. :computer:
It's very unusual not to get that one credited very quickly. I also did an SSI awhile ago with no credit. Yesterday I did about 3 with no credits.
I clear my cookies. I am using Firefox which is what I have been using all along. I have the same computer. I don't know what else to do.

I havent gotten credit for MV in the past 3 days very frusterating to spend our time to not get credit

I did a Greenfield this afternoon and it did not go back to Sunshine Rewards. It just stayed on the page that set to "send". I copied the URL and went back to Greenfields page and reported the URL survey site. Sometimes Tricia can get credit if you report the last page of the survey.

this is just an fyi. did a ds this morning about health savings plans and insurance and when i submitted it i got a white generic thank you page and it did not go back to sr nor did i get the congrats page. luckily i was able to get another ds about technology and i got the congrats page and it credited on the hour.

I completed a DS about music this morning, and it ended with a white page with only the word Qualified on it. It did not route back to SR and did not credit on the hour.

Same thing happened to me this morning. I copied the URL of the "Qualified" page and reported it. That survey took awhile and I am so disappointed.
That's one less survey for me towards the gas card contest and .90 less for Disney. :headache:

I got the white page with "qualified" too. Was not thinking about getting the URL. Should I try for another Greenfield?

I just had a really annoying experience with a SH on movies. It asked classification questions at both the beginning and the end. At what appeared to be the last question (had one of those little % gages), it asked me what month and year I was born in. Then it told me my answer was out of the acceptable range that it had to be 1957 to 1960. I was born in 1956, but I have had my birthday this year, which means my age range IS 50-54. So I got a "do not qualify" with a 100% finished bar. Grrrr.

Marcy these are how most days are for me, I am lucky to get 4 each day, you are on top of the leader board with over $100 that is pretty good. It is still very early in the day I am sure you will end up getting a six pack by days end. Good luck.

mellymel-i truly have my doubts that i will get a six pack today. have tried all 8 surveys this morning and so far i have gotten an ssi, ssi2 and an amp and i am happy that i was able to get 3 so far. will keep trying and hopefully i can get at least one more survey today. if not, that's okay too as i am quite content with my 3. good luck in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

Second time was the charm for the Greenfield today -- just got credit.

What's up with GF? Just did a survey about tv's-past as well as future purchases. Got the "thanks" page-a white one NOT the yellow GF/Sunshine one, and nothing. No where to go; no button to push.

Off to try another GF-but that's the 2nd one in a week that's been like that......

i just did a SH and it didn't credit right away or on the hour either......bummer because I did one earlier that I apparently got booted from after I put in my zip code at the end. grrrr......this is one reason I am not doing so many surveys recently, I have luck like this! :p

Just did a Survey Head that did that to me. 30 minutes of watching and review ads and then "sorry, you don't qualify". HUH??????

Got an SSI about a Health Newsletter it said I could stop and restart the surevy if not finished in one sitting and it would take me to last unanswered question, so I copied the invitationinfo in case something happened. I finished the survey and it said, "Thanks for completing our survey the next newsletter will be sent to you in July and then every month for a year, you will also be able to take two more surveys about the newsletter". BUT it just hangs at this page and goes nowhere, so I hit refresh and it restarted the survey so I completed it again I am now at the thank you page but it isn't going anywhere :(

DH completed this MV survey last night. Got to the end and filled out the demographic questions but got the same you do not qualify page.

i have not been able to get a sh for the last couple of days. whenever i try to do one sh sends me to amp, a survey router that looks like a gf and yesterday it sent me to an ssi. so i exit out of all of those and try again and it then re-routes back to sr. is anyone else having this problem or am i all alone here?:confused: i'm not complaining, i am just curious as to why all of a sudden it seems to be getting a little harder for me to get a sh. oh well, you win some you lose some. hopefully sh will add some different and new surveys as the day goes on so i can try for another one. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

You can't get them all everyday! :D There will be days when they have no surveys for you for whatever reason....it's normal and happens to all of us. I got a SH yesterday and also the day before, so it's not the survey that you are having trouble with, it's your demographics etc.

Right. It's not a technical problem if your demographics don't match. For people who routinely get several surveys a day, it stands to reason that you would sometimes not have any available. I only do two or three per day and still find that there are none that match my demos, especially on the weekends. :)

Everyone has this problem, probably more often than you do since you are usually at the top of the Big Board. You seem to frequently get five or more surveys per day - I think you just take them faster than the survey companies can add them. :rotfl: There's nothing wrong with the surveys or your computer or your demographics - you have much better luck than many of us. It's a weekend. If SH is routing back to SR, then there are no surveys that match your demos right now. I've had the same problem for the past few days - it is not a technical issue.

I've found the stoplight system to be very helpful. If it is yellow or red, I don't even need to ask if it is just me since I know it isn't. Even when it is on green, I know that sometimes I still won't get one. But yellow and red at least tell me that there are fewer surveys out there. SH has been yellow for days, at least at the times that I have been trying. In contrast, GF has been green and I have been able to get one any day that I have had the time to try.

I agree I think some people expect to get all every day...i am lucky if I get 4 a day!

I think you and the previous posters have made some very good points. I also don't have time to try for every survey daily. I do as many as I can fit in. Sometimes it is just one, but, oh well, I remember when we only had one to try for and I was ecstatic when I got it, lol!:rotfl:

I sometimes think this thread gets away from what I perceive as its true purpose........to alert others when you are getting a true technical issue........not to complain that you haven't gotten this or that survey on any given day. There are a lot of us who don't have luck with getting a particular survey on any given day and just shrug our shoulders and go on.

I truly do not mean to offend anyone. I would just love the forum to be more positive. The only reason I occasionally read this particular thread is to see if there is a technical issue with a particular survey. I think it is good information to have and am grateful for the people who take time out of their busy schedules to post it. Thanks! :sunshine2:

I agree some of us have full time jobs and do this on top of that...we get what we can get :)
